Great hotel. I will stay here every time I come to Yerevan. Very convenient location in the heart of the city, behind the Marriott Hotel. Nearby there are shops, cafes, everything is within walking distance. No one makes any noise at night, cars rarely drove down the street through the courtyard where the room went out and did not interfere. However, on the last day of their stay, apparently, someone in the next room checked in, because the sounds of TV and conversations could be heard from there. The receptionists are good-natured, friendly and courteous. Only on the day of departure, one night receptionist asked about the drain on the toilet tank, it was raised, whether it was like that when checking in, to which I replied yes. It was not clear to me why they did not know the disadvantages of their numbers in order to compare before/after? Otherwise, I am happy with the accommodation, there are all shower accessories. The garbage in the room was cleaned promptly and the bed was made.

I booked at the booking office, as a result, I arrive on the day of check-in, the reception is empty, after 5 minutes a man comes and says that he cannot check us into the hotel, they say there are some problems, and sends us to another one, which is 2 km away on foot, we got there, there is some nasty man at the reception, and the hotel is in the one we were sent to was much worse than this one (judging by the photo)
