Of the advantages, I can only single out one thing: the location is relatively in the center, it is convenient to get anywhere from this point, as well as the store right next to the hotel.
And now for the cons: the service is disgusting, they clean once a day, and even then, if you managed to hand over the keys before 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and if you got tired after business / work / study from yesterday and wanted to sleep, forget about cleaning) they won't clean your room. If they do take it away, but you have things on the bed / chair, then they will put it in a lump and throw it in the closet in one pile.
The bathroom is very mediocre. Washing your hands in the sink is okay, but if you decide to wash the laundry with your hands, then, as with us, water may flow onto the floor from the base of the sink on which it stands. The shower and pressure are weak, shampoo and gel are disgusting and the cheapest, the hair becomes hard as straw, it feels the same, so you better buy your own.
The bed linen is terrible. Two days later, the pillow was covered with pellets, and the sheet is without elastic bands and always crumples, BECAUSE it is not even the size of the mattress. The mattress itself is uncomfortable and hooked, hard, you can feel the springs.
Photos on the Internet are very different from what they actually are. The balcony is not as big and comfortable as it is described on the hotel's website, there is no elevator, but perhaps this is not a problem for someone.
Concluding my review, I can say the following: for the money that we gave, we expected much more, both from the hotel and the staff, as well as from the service. Spending the night for a couple of days is fine, but you won't be able to rest. In general, it felt like you were not in a hotel, but in a student dormitory, just a little bit better.

The first time we were in Yerevan, basically in Armenia.
I liked everything.
The attitude at the hotel is very good.
Payment is made in any currency (we paid in rubles, since we changed it in Russia, as it seemed to us, not enough).
Moreover, they changed our room to a room with a balcony.
If we had bought it, it would have been great.
The number is a solid four.
Nice big bed.
And yes, the hotel is right in the center.
Republic Square is probably a three-minute walk away.
One of the disadvantages is to drain the water for a long time (so that it becomes hot) and a weak pressure.
May every traveler have only such disadvantages!

We got to this hotel by believing the reviews in the Booking. Perhaps they were written by good friends and relatives of the owners of the hotel.
It's a good place if you just need to spend the night. The room has everything you need: a bed, a wardrobe, a table, a balcony and even a refrigerator. But there is nothing that would be conducive to a comfortable rest. Furniture and bed linen from somewhere in the 80s. The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan, but somehow in a gateway, so it's worth waiting for a beautiful view from the window.
Once again, the hotel is ordinary, but it does not deserve an excellent rating of 9.3

Unfortunately, it was not possible to feel this hotel. I booked, everything was fine, then we arrived at it, and they told me - read the booking, they told you there that we do not have water and will not be for 2-3 days. So that's what I want to write, if you have such problems and you know, then don't post until you fix the situation. We had to look for another hotel, re-book it at night. I definitely do not recommend it .

There are no windows. Rather, they are there, but the balcony is tightly barred. No breakfast, no elevator. The staff is friendly, the showers are clean. The price is too high, overpayment for a hotel in the center, walk 5 minutes- and Republic Square

Only cash is accepted for payment. There is no elevator, with suitcases on the 4th floor, for example, there is no pleasure to climb. The windows are in the form of loopholes, they overlook a barred common balcony, but there is no exit to the balcony. The bed is located by the window between the arches, if you forget, you can dangerously put your head on. The mattress and pillows are good. There are no reading lamps, only the overhead light. In the shower cabin, the door is kept on its word of honor and does not close. There is a brush and a hygienic shower, which has an enviable pressure, unlike the weak pressure in the faucet and in the shower. The air conditioner needs to be turned off at night, because it rattles. But the place is quiet, you can sleep with the window open. Bottled water, kettle, glasses, cups, tea bags are present. They are evicted at exactly 12, there is no guest shower, there is nowhere to change clothes. They asked to extend the stay until 5 pm due to flight delays, so they demanded a daily payment:) The location is in the center, but it does not leave the feeling that you are in a car service, because on the 1st floor there is a car rental, and on the -1 there is a car wash.

The hotel is not bad. There is no elevator and you need to carry your suitcases to the 3rd floor. The stairs are very narrow. The best location is in the city center.
