Pros: large generous portions, everything is very tasty, cozy halls. The meat was cooked perfectly (cheeks and filet mignon were taken).
Minus: an inexperienced waiter. We were served by a young man about 20-22 years old. The first mistake he made was when he started putting the second course next to us at an unfortunate moment (in the midst of eating and socializing). The second mistake was that I took the knife out of my salad and put it on another dish, because it was in my way in the salad. The waiter came to pick up this dish, and there was nowhere to put the knife. I put it on the table. The waiter took the knife and put it back in my salad. It was disgusting. It's very wrong to do that.
But if you don't take that into account, then the restaurant is great. I recommend booking in advance, because it's packed in the evening, and there may not be enough seats.

We celebrated the New year here - a great atmospheric place. The whole team has 5 points, they earn 1000%. As for the dishes, I liked the assorted cuts, salads, fillets with mashed potatoes, branded cold cuts. I took off a star for desserts, maybe subjectively enough, but I didn't like anything but ice cream at all. In general, a decent institution of the network that I recommend to visit

The dishes were very tasty. I especially liked the salad dressing with roast beef!
But there are questions about the service.
Firstly, a wobbly table should not be a problem for guests, it can be solved in 5 minutes at the beginning of the shift.
Secondly, why are there glass cups on the tables? If it's for water, then why isn't it poured? If it's for alcohol, then why aren't they taken away if guests order tea?
The chairs are uncomfortable in height in order to eat.
There's not much point in dividing it into a room with and without music. Music can be heard everywhere.
And if you have a menu using a QR code, then it would be logical to immediately write access to wi-fi on the same pieces of paper.

A wonderful restaurant where many families celebrate birthdays. During our stay, the waiters brought out birthday cakes 6 times to the general jubilation of the guests.

Very beautiful interior and convenient location. Perhaps that's why they think that you can not bother with the quality of products and service. There are a lot of waiters, but they are inattentive. They prefer to stand and communicate with each other while the guests are waiting. Desserts are very beautiful, but it's a shame to feel margarine in cakes and pies when they are cooked right there. Delicious ice cream, thanks for that! But you can buy it in their stall next to the restaurant without wasting time waiting. The main kitchen is mediocre. Caesar is beautiful, but not delicious, soups are also empty. There is no alternative milk coffee. A place where you can sit beautifully, but eat delicious food is not here.

I absolutely do not understand the rave reviews about this institution. The prices are similar to the top restaurants in Yerevan, while the taste of the food and the quality are similar to those of an ordinary cafe. Salads are all in oil, meat is about nothing. We ordered a lot of dishes, as a result, the meat was brought first and only after 7 minutes the side dish to it. I didn't have time to finish the salad, the meat had already arrived. Half of the desserts are not available. I don't know if there's any residue left after the visit. There seemed to be a lot of waiters, but there was no point, they carried the bill for 10 minutes and asked 3 times in cash or by card. There are really a lot of good other restaurants. One of the advantages is the location.
