I would avoid this place. The blatant illiteracy of the staff, rudeness. It seems that they know the proposed hotels only from the color pictures in the catalog. Have the managers traveled to Egypt, at least to one hotel????? I had to search for all the information about the hotels myself. The prices are sky-high. A three-day tour to Egypt in the very weak five is offered for $ 2,500. And indeed the vacation will be unforgettable!!! My family counted the losses for a long time after contacting this travel agency!!!!! I wouldn't even give you one star.

We ordered a tour to Egypt. An expensive 5-star hotel. But in reality: A terrible 5-star boarding house during the Cold War. Unsanitary conditions, dirt. To eat during lunch / dinner, you need to stand in line for an empty table. It is not possible for children to swim, the pier is broken and there is a reef all around. They promised compensation, but they didn't pay it, they said they didn't owe anything. They sued, but lost, a very competent contract, responsibility on their part is mainly only for collecting money from customers. Be careful. This is my personal opinion and it's not worth pursuing me for it.
