I am writing a review right from the train, we had a family vacation from June 16 to June 27, 2025. The room had a balcony on the second floor. This is an amazing hotel, large spacious rooms, we had a sea view, comfortable beds, clean linens, cleaning and linen change every 5 days, the administrator Natalia ensures cleanliness, all plumbing is working, air conditioning and TV were working properly. The kitchen is small, but there was enough space for everyone, and the veranda next to the kitchen is a separate topic... In the evening, sitting on comfortable rattan furniture with soft mattresses and a glass of cold champagne, you can look at the falling asleep sea.. The dining room is around the corner (but we didn't like it), shops, vegetable stalls, a bus stop just around the corner, the sea across the street... In general, if you want a relaxing and serviceable vacation, then it's in the hotel zone to Flora. Thanks to the hostess for the discount

We had a rest with my husband from 17.09 to 03.10. I really liked the guest house, a nice room with comfortable beds and the sea, the sea here is the best and cleanest on the entire coast.A nice, clean beach is a two-minute walk from the house, which allows you to go swimming and sunbathing several times.Hospitable Natasha, will tell you everything and prompt you. There's a bus stop nearby, you can get anywhere.Pitsunda is 5 minutes away.It's a pleasure to walk to the Marble Castle. There's a beauty there, a sandy beach!!!Thanks to Flora for a wonderful stay!

We had a rest at SeaZone from June 7th to June 14th this year. Wonderful vacation! The room is comfortable, clean, spacious, everything you need is in the room-split, TV, small refrigerator (large in the kitchen), hairdryer, towels. Our room was on the second floor, with a spray can. There are shared balconies where you can sit with the company, they have a view of the sea! The kitchen is shared, on the second floor, it is quite spacious, there is a gas stove and electric, a microwave, enough dishes. The most important thing is that the sea is just around the corner!!! I crossed the road and the sea! The water is clear, transparent, and the beach is small. Shops nearby, vegetable stalls, pharmacy. The dining room is nearby, but we didn't like the cooking, but the taste and color... There is a cafe where it is delicious. Nature, air, sea - everything is just wonderful!!! Natalia is a friendly receptionist, she will tell you everything, show you, and explain. Thanks to Flora (the hostess of the house), she came to meet us, checked in at 8 a.m., and they should have at 2 p.m. according to the rules. In general, the rest is wonderful, the people are wonderful!!! SeaZon, we are not saying goodbye, but saying goodbye!!! 💕💕💕
