We were invited at 3 p.m., we were not warned, we were postponed to 4 p.m. I asked to wait in the lobby with the child, but we were kicked out onto the street. I understand that the guards are doing their job, but why didn't the management warn about the postponement of time, many people came here from far away, it's hot outside and the wind is blowing strongly. The child participated in the Olympics in the morning, why do we have to wait for 2-3 hours on the street after lunch, such an inhumane attitude.
