I would like to express my gratitude to the wedding agency "7 sense" for organizing our wedding. The wedding of our dreams took place in August. Thanks to the team of professionals, for the positive, for putting your soul into such a significant day for us. All the organizational aspects, the exclusive decor of the hall and the design of the motorcade from Alyona, as well as the individual approach of the videographer and photographer. An overly positive, active, modern presenter, a master of his craft, left unforgettable impressions for us and our guests. 7 FEELING, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

I very rarely write reviews, especially like this, but now it's just a cry from the soul. We chose a wedding package for $6,000, which is the most expensive in the agency, and I had very contradictory impressions of the organization. Despite promises that everything would be at the highest level, we did not receive any specific information, and I had to find out everything myself. The package looks promising, but I strongly recommend that you think twice and overpay rather than experience emotional exhaustion. There should have been a person who would have helped us throughout the day (both the organizer and the coordinator were included in the package), but in practice we had to pack our suitcases and leave the hotel on our own, and the groom had to carry everything. This was just the beginning, as the final photos and videos turned out to be just terrible. As for the bouquet, which was also included in the price, that's a different story. We have been coordinating it for more than two months, discussing different options: with water, artificial and live. We chose and focused on the option with water, as it is more resistant. She asked to reset the options, but received nothing in the requested subject, except for the words: "Reset the options, I'll tell you what we can do." As a result, the bouquet turned out to be alive, as all the suggested options were not suitable for water, and by the end of the day he was tired :). The boutonniere was constantly falling off and was poorly fixed — it was difficult to attach it properly. The decor also turned out to be different from what we originally wanted. Although faith and mood were lifted before registration, when we saw everything in place, it became clear that this was not the case. There was no sound at the registration. The video shooting leaves much to be desired. We hired an additional videographer and now I understand that it was the right decision. They made one video, there are spots on the frames from the seventh sense, the face looks red, the saturation is terrible. What angered me the most was when they called and asked: "Why do you need another photographer and videographer? Do you even understand what's going to happen?" Yes, even then I understood everything and we even planned to cancel the services. As for the photos, I was expecting incredible pictures based on the preview and communication with the photographer. As a result, the husband looks sick, the glare and darkness are just a nightmare! As for the transfer, everything was fine with our car, except that the driver did not know where to go. But I can't keep silent about the delivery of the guests. We were not asked to make a list of addresses, and the driver arranged for the location to be approximately the same for everyone in the same direction. As a result, the last guests were telling him where to go, and he started saying, "I have to work tomorrow, and I'm messing with you here." It was unacceptable. Cold fountains — only five of the six were working. We didn't even see the confetti—apparently, it wasn't there. The fireworks were moved to another part — why did we put the check-in so far away…
