We had a reservation at this place for February 14th in advance. How come that one day before you guys sent an email about canceling our reservation without any explanation? Is it like overbooking? What is going on? We called and the lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful and it is actually insane that we have to find another place on such a busy day right now. Is it even going to be possible? Thanks a lot guys for ruining such a special night. With a service like this - good luck, honestly. Don’t even bother booking this restaurant if you don’t want to be canceled on like this.
