Passing by the barbershop, I decided to stop by to ask if there was free time for a haircut now, I didn't have any free time and I was offered an appointment for the next day. Saturday, the appointment is at 12:00, I live in the suburbs, I arrived 20 minutes earlier, by the specified time the master invited me to go through, specified what kind of haircut I want...(no tricks, make shorter what is already there)... I see confusion on the part of the master...and thanks to her, she honestly said she couldn't cut my hair the way I wanted to... The administration (owner) of this institution, do I have a question for you? You signed me up for this master, you saw my haircut, isn't it in your best interest to attract a visitor by offering a master who is more professional in such haircuts???? Instead of offering me later: "maybe you'll come to another master at 17:00?"

I was upset by the work of the cashier-administrator. She constantly left her workplace, going outside and customers waited a long time to pay off. She chased us away from the counter, allegedly they are being scolded for the fact that people are standing next to her!

I ended up in this barbershop, trying to find a manicure master to replace my regular one, who went on maternity leave. My nails are problematic, my nail plate is thin and brittle, besides, I work as an operating nurse - constant contact with antiseptics and disinfectants. I know that it is not easy to make a gel coating that will hold, I also know exactly what my nails need so that the result is stable. I call the "Beauty Secret" on Kazinets Street, state the problem, name the supplies I need, and receive confirmation that this institution has everything I need, including a highly professional master. I ask about compliance with sanitary standards and the price of the issue. Answer: "Sterility is our thing, we have a dry-burning cabinet and all instruments are sterilized in bags. The price (the administrator specified the cost with the necessary reinforcement of the polygel) is 44, maximum 50 rubles. Nice. I've paid 50 before, though, according to the all-inclusive system. I signed up, I came, I did it. The master works without gloves, without a vacuum cleaner (he does not tolerate gloves, the vacuum cleaner is inconvenient), there is no handstand, you put your hands on the dryer. The bag from which the instrument is removed was not even lying next to the sterilizer - this can be seen from the indicators and, let me remind you, such questions are my profession. That is, a tool is placed in the bag, the package is sealed and opened in front of the client, who is very impressed and satisfied. This is not just a deception, but a crime - viral hepatitis or HIV as a bonus with a high probability. I'm going to pay you 68.50. How is it? - "Yes, I'm sorry, we looked the wrong way, - 63.50. That's how much I paid for a manicure without any decor, after hearing that the receptionist called the wrong price on the phone. When asked about the warranty, the master said that there are no problems with her manicure, if something is wrong, then I am to blame. The administrator did not name the warranty period, behaved as if she had never heard of the concept of warranty at all. We parted on the fact that we will solve problems as they come. The problems started on the 6th day. The coating on one nail fell off completely. It was repaired under warranty. On the 11th day, the same thing happens with another nail, on the 12th - with the third. As a result of the negotiations, I spent the third evening already, received a repair of one nail and an offer to restore another one for payment. I did not pay this sharazhkin's office anymore, as a result, exactly two weeks after the manicure for 63.50, I have two spent evenings and one "naked" nail. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this institution, but if you decide to contact them, do not believe your ears, but keep your eyes open! DECEIVED!
