Pros: it is convenient and fast to get from the railway station, located near the city center. There are special routes with pleasant prices to the sights (Ephesus and so on), very friendly drivers and cashiers. We bought tickets to Cappadocia. The cashier speaks excellent English, made sure that they boarded the right bus when boarding.

It's nice, but there's a lake in the rain because the entrance way to the car station remains potholed, there's no water expense.
