Yesterday, at 08.10, a car, a Mercedes cla, was exhibited at this car dealership, we discussed all the nuances with the manager, agreed that the car would be behind us and would not be sold by our arrival, since we were from Moscow, took tickets and flew. Upon arrival, they saw that the car was already being watched, and when they asked the manager how it happened, they spread their hands. After an hour of waiting, it turned out that the car that was put up for sale belonged to either a senior manager or someone more important, who had bid for her car, knowing that customers from another country had arrived. The bidding was like an auction in which I did not take part. I want to warn everyone that since the head of this salon behaves like this and does not know the words customer orientation and decency, I recommend everyone to avoid this place. Or be prepared for it.

I drove a car here for a commission sale.. A "specialist" came out with a thickness gauge and found three dots on the body, literally the size of a toe, where it showed some anomalies.. And the car is ON COMMISSION ! They didn't accept it.. they say we don't know what happened to the car..)) I went to serious body builders for interest and showed these "anomalies".. their answer is unequivocal, the coloring in these places is factory-made, don't worry!.. In general, as for me, select auto is a pretentious place, not for plebeians), they are not interested in customers(( I don't recommend it

In 2020, I decided to purchase a Mercedes CLA from Select for my wife. At the time of purchase, this was the first experience with the Mercedes brand and Select. They talk a lot and paint beautifully in commercial offers. Some of the options that I expected from their words were simply missing, the service book was forgotten in the Russian Federation, but then they were transferred to Minsk, I had to go for it, I wrote it all off to my ignorance of the new mayors and their chips. But this year, 2021, they bought two new BMW X5 and Audi Q7 cars at once, and then it started and came out how indifferently they work with customers For BMW X5, when registering with the traffic police, the inspector asks at the inspection where the car is, we did not immediately understand what was the matter, but it turned out that Select gave the PTS from another BMW X5, which differed only in one digit, we had to fly to Minsk from Grodno for new documents and PTS. According to Audi, I took the car on 04/23.21, arrived in Grodno, decided to try out all the Audi options for tomorrow on 04/24.21, and then it turned out that the automatic parking option did not work, I called them, they told me to learn the instructions. Ok, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, I figured out Saturday and Sunday and realized that I was doing everything right, but it doesn't work. I decided to go to Minsk on 04/26/21 to the official dealer on Independence to find out what the reason is. I left the car with them for a week. And then it turns out that this option does not work. I decided to check the other options and was shocked again, namely, there is no headlight washer at all, and in commercial it is registered in standard equipment. In the contract, they prescribe only an additional one. options. After calling Select, they started telling me such nonsense that when ordering a car, this washer option was available and when it came to Belarus, it was no longer there, allegedly the factory removed it by default. With parking, they said even more fun, but why would you use it, it's practically not going to be a big deal. And then I exploded, we wrote them a claim about the Audi Q7 about a commensurate reduction in cost due to the fact that the option does not work. The car was obviously sold with a non-working option. In general, no one has been solving anything for a month, they don't care at all. We have sent an answer. We are not an official dealer. contact the officials. It turns out that they buy a car in the Russian Federation and the warranty begins to go from the moment they sell the car and not the buyer in the Republic of Belarus, but they are already buying used cars. And in the traffic police, when registering, it was revealed that the contract Between IP Cardemon, which was sold to the select, is not true. The traffic police wrapped up the documents and had to wait for a new contract from them. Be careful with this office to check for compliance with options, equipment, and whether all options work in the car.
