We stayed at this hotel from 18.06. To 26.06. At the beginning of the rest, there was a twofold attitude, which by the end of the rest still went more towards the positive. We were accommodated in pool houses (direct access to the pool from the room). 1. There are no mosquitoes in sight, but everyone went bitten (take something from Mosquitoes with you), 2. It's better not to carry food to the room, a lot of ants appear literally after 5 minutes as soon as you put the plate down. (the child caught the rotovirus by the end of the rest, and food had to be carried to the room. They fed me and took the plates right away). The rooms themselves are not bad. They clean it every day. The mini-bar is also replenished daily. The food at the hotel is very varied and delicious.(main restaurant). There was no food in the restaurant near the pool houses, the huge number of flies was confusing, which is why all the food is covered with food film and it is not very convenient to walk around. The main restaurant has a large selection of meat, sweets, and fruits. Iced coffee and Turkish coffee are also very tasty. The pizza is great. The staff is very friendly, they always go to a meeting. They wrote to the chat about the air conditioner, and a few minutes later they refueled it. There is a lot of entertainment for children: a mini club with cool animators, an aqua park in the afternoon, an amusement park in the evening, a disco, a show. It's cool. Or you can buy at the market near the hotel, a 7-9 minute walk away. There's also a pharmacy there. Many said they took the bus to the hotel for 2 hours, stopping at all the hotels along the way. In this case, it is convenient to take an individual transfer, especially those with young children. They will be delivered to the hotel in an hour in convenience and comfort. The bus also took 6 hours to pick up from the hotel, and the transfer took 4 and a half hours. Total: the hotel is good, evening shows, live music, DJs. Pools and the sea are at a comfortable temperature, only where the water park near the slides is cool. It's mandatory to take something with you against mosquitoes. We had a family vacation at the Selectum Family Comfort Side hotel from 08/8-15, 2025. The hotel is very nice, large territory, lots of pools. There is a water park. There are refrigerators with water everywhere on the territory, many bars where there are alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (beer, cocktails), ice cream. There is a pier with sun loungers and a bar on the beach, you can swim from the pier, and there are stairs. There are also a large number of sun loungers with tables on the beach. Access to the sea is convenient, the beach is sandy and pebbly. There are showers and changing rooms. The hotel has an ultra all inclusive system. The hotel consists of a main building and separate cabins. We rested in the main building, the room is not large, but also not cramped, with a balcony. The room has a mini bar, a TV (Turkish channels), a large bed, a small bed and a folding armchair. As for cleaning the room (the cleaning is not very good, it feels like one rag has washed the floor all over the floor). Buffet meals (there is a huge variety) everything is very tasty. There is a sushi bar on site (I don't recommend it, it's not delicious). There are also a la carte restaurants (from 7 days stay, 1 visit by reservation), we chose a seafood restaurant. What I want to say is that we didn't like it, the menu is very small, 5 dishes to choose from (soup, grilled trout and dorado, octopus and shrimp), red and white wine, all this can be chosen on the buffet, the only thing you can eat in a small restaurant, without a crowd of people. And there are a lot of people in the hotel))) The evening animation starts every evening at 21:30. During our stay, we attended a Brazilian party, Turkish Night, Extreme Show, Miss Selectum, retro party, dj performance. There is also live music after the evening animation, near the 24-hour bar. Daytime animation is also available. There is a children's room for children, where workshops are held, and a lunopark. There is a bazaar not far from the hotel, you can take a walk and choose souvenirs. The hotel has 2 shops, but not cheap, everything that they sell there at the bazaar is an order of magnitude cheaper. As for money, they accept dollars, euros, lira and even rubles.(but not everywhere), the cards don't work, but you can make transfers. Those who are going to this hotel for the first time should definitely go on an excursion to Side (I recommend) a very extensive program. The Old Town, the Olive Museum, a walk along the Manavgat River, a short stop at the waterfall, a visit to the Mosque. The tour was from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There's still a lot to write, and you probably can't describe it all. I recommend the hotel.

We went to this hotel, what can I say: The territory is large, Wi-Fi catches everywhere, the first coastal, well-groomed, lots of vegetation. There is a children's water park and three large slides, I even swam in the children's, they let adults in there too) The food is a specific Turkish food, but it's always there, I even went to the snack bar to eat by the beach more often, there's always soup, pasta, and fast food too. At certain hours, they give crumbs, potatoes, waffles, ice cream balls, and there is always ice cream available in a package. There wasn't much super seafood or meat cuts at the dinners, but we went out of season yet, they were just hyping up, and it would be more fun in the summer. The reception bar is open until 22:00, outdoor until 10 am! I don't want to drink, it's called. There is imported alcohol, but it seems to me that not all of it is better not to drink vodka, it is burnt. There is also a large pier from which you can jump, and there is also a bar on this pier. The rooms are really stressful, they don't know about cleanliness there, they didn't give us shampoos or cotton swabs, but we didn't complain, of course you can always ask. But we had a problem with the room because we were the 3rd to be moved into one room with two beds, of course we didn't like it, we were moved to a cottage, it would be normal, but there were no doors between the rooms, only in the bathroom.... From the third time, bm liked the room, although there was no door there either.… Russian Russians are the main target of the hotel, there were enough of them there, and the staff understands Russian and English.

We had a family vacation of 4 people: two adults, two children in August 2025. The overall impression of the hotel was pleasant: a good location, a large territory, a beach nearby (first line), sand, good access to the sea, a large crescent-shaped pier (viewed from above) from which you can freely dive into the sea. There are deck chairs and a bar with drinks on the pier. The territory is green, well-groomed, beautiful, and there are many places to eat besides the main restaurant. There is plenty of food for every taste, fruits are everything that is available in Turkey, there are no questions about food at all, excellent, everything is great for drinks, too, cocktails in the Lobby bar are made delicious by only two bartenders, so it is necessary to get on their shift, others are doing the WRONG THING, maybe interns... The hotel staff is mostly friendly and courteous. ON THE DOWNSIDE: we checked into a two-room family room, as we had booked, but it turned out that there was no door between the rooms, it was just removed, the doorway was open. At our request, we were offered another family room, but it's the same story, there's just no door. They responded to our indignation with understanding, offered to move to a bungalow by the pool, for which we were particularly grateful, we really liked it there, and even minor flaws, such as a non-working balcony door lock (and this is the first floor), a non-working telephone and some lamps by the bed, did not distract us much from enjoying our vacation. The room was cleaned daily, the mini bar was replenished every day (pepsi, Turkish mirinda, mineral water). There is a small water park with slides on the territory, it's enough for children, of course it's not enough for adults, but we have mastered a couple of slides. There are swimming pools between the bungalows throughout the territory, they are very beautifully and conveniently located, for which a separate respect. Every evening there is an animation program, we went a couple of times, a Turkish evening, quite entertaining. In general, the hotel is not new, as can be seen from the furniture, but it tries to keep the brand, we were satisfied with the rest, we experienced a lot of joy and warmth in our hearts! There are disadvantages in any hotel, and if the staff can solve any issues that arise with care for vacationers, then the hotel leaves a favorable impression!

We went in the second half of June with my 8-year-old daughter - the hotel, as they say, stopped by. Excellent water park with no queues, green area, a walking area around the perimeter. The main building has a great view (pictured), and the family houses behind it have their own territory, pools, a restaurant, and generally peace and comfort. The cuisine is standard for such hotels, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beef tails and lamb, as well as the really cool cheesecake. Although the wine is just very so-so, we saved ourselves with cocktails - they are in perfect order there)) There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, which is nice - they bring Kazakh students. There's a beautiful pier with an awning and a bar, and we mostly hung out there while the little ones had fun at the pools. You can dive or feed bread to a bunch of fish that come together at once. A good kids' club with free rides (electric cars, carousels and a steam train). From time to time, entertainment in addition to the main animation is soap bubbles, then a polythene slide on the lawn... It is very clean, there is a chat with the hotel service, you can solve any issues with cleaning, other pillows and things without a lobby. The furniture in the rooms is tired, though, and the mattresses need to be refreshed, but everything is working. Animation is like everywhere else, with varying success, but the disco always ends exactly at midnight, for which thank you. In the evening, there is only a bar near the stage and a small one in the family area, respectively, there are non-acidic queues at the stage. But for a couple of bucks, the boys will come running to your table all evening, even if it's not nearby, but, for example, in a hookah bar nearby. By the way, you don't have to take a hookah, but there are comfortable sofas there. A luxurious Wi-Fi, Beeline never even thought about us. In general, we have made a note for the future and recommend it. PS: I've read negative reviews. There is an opinion that many of these shortcomings, such as the non-working air conditioner and the quality of cleaning, were eliminated by our arrival, because I can't mention anything like that. Well, unless the refrigerator in the room is really barely alive. Of the animals, only the swifts are in the nest on the balcony, but we were lucky and we caught the process of teaching the young to fly - we also saw "In the world of animals" live))

We stayed at Selectum Family Comfort and were absolutely delighted! 🌟 From the very first minutes, you can feel the care and attention to the guests: the hotel is very cozy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. Clean and spacious rooms, well-kept grounds, delicious and varied food, lots of entertainment for children and adults. I especially remember our dinner at an Italian restaurant on the last day. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was beyond praise, and the service was simply top notch. I would like to thank a girl named Gunai separately — she greeted us with a smile, helped us choose the dishes, organized everything quickly and beautifully, and in the end warmly saw us off. Thanks to her attentiveness and sincere kindness, the evening became truly special. 💫 Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay! We had a family vacation from June 5 to June 11, 2025. The child is 9 years old and 1 year old. Only positive emotions and impressions remained. The beach is nice, clean, and there are cute straw umbrellas. A gorgeous pier. There were always plenty of deck chairs. Ice cream in individual packages and different types. Nuts for beer. The kindest staff. The service is top-notch. We had a beautiful and cozy two-room suite in the Lake House with two bathrooms. There was sweet sparkling water and beer in the mini bar next to the water. Replenished every day. Safe deposit box and internet for free. The territory is very beautiful, clean, well maintained. Every day I wondered how everything was thought out here for a comfortable stay, especially with children. There are shops and a pharmacy outside the property. We are very happy with our stay. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

For two years in a row, we have been staying at this hotel with young children in May. The hotel is large and very beautiful. We were in different rooms, both in the main building and in watering cans. The rooms in the watering cans captivated me, their own atmosphere.. very quiet and cozy! The food is delicious, without seafood, but there is always meat in the assortment, cooked in various ways. There are a lot of sun beds, you can find free ones at any time. The room is cleaned every day. Towels were changed in the room every other day. In the evening, there is a separate animation for children, then an hour later there is a show program for adults, then a disco. They haven't been repeated once in a week. Karaoke is soulful, the disco is lively - they always dance. The mood is 100% positive!!! A separate song is the sea! It's beautiful! Clean, affectionate, enveloping, although perhaps we were just lucky with the weather. The staff is smiling, friendly, and almost everyone speaks Russian. There are questions to the hotel guide, but he is forgiven, because he is poor, such is the turnover of us vacationers, and he is always in touch and answers almost immediately, but he simply did not advise some things in advance and we, for example, "flew" past the restaurant, which was supposed to be ours according to the terms of the tour, currency exchange, too....but okay - it's all nonsense! There is a large kids' club, a lunapark, but no animators and children rushed to the daytime entertainment in the club, it can be better and more active and more fun. There is no coffee on the sand here, and in the morning there are 20 people queuing for coffee at the coffee shop (one barista and 1 coffee machine). Public toilets are not very well cleaned here. And the main disadvantage is that there are few umbrellas on the beach, 2/3 lay in the sun (canopies, as in neighboring hotels, need to be done). The reception is not working well - they asked us not to wake up, because we have an individual transfer, anyway they called us in the room at 4 in the morning :( Well, the advantages are a great sea, a large beach, a good water park, warm pools. Lots of pools and no crowds in the cabin area. You can always have something to eat, even if it's a simple meal. Nice beds, bed linen, bathrobes. High-quality products, no one has experienced digestive problems. The circuit is just a bomb :) a very inconspicuous animation, the animators passed by us, hoarding people aged 25 :)) for two families with 4 children, the rest turned out to be good.

The hotel is great, I liked everything. We were there from October 21 to October 31, 2025. There is plenty of food, the sea is gorgeous, there are many places on the beach. The animation in the evenings is great, especially the show programs pleased with the staging of numbers and acrobatics. Discos are a must in the evening. I was even pleased with how the managers and staff handled the emergency situation, when it was raining outside, and the hotel was packed and there was a stampede at the restaurant in the evening. The guys delivered the tables and used the feedback method to constantly annoy the guests at the tables. As a result, the queue dispersed after 15 minutes. Although there was a slight nostalgia for the service of the USSR. So even here they did a great job. We will definitely return to this hotel, although the price bites, but it's worth it.

The hotel is a solid 3 stars, it doesn't pull for more. If you want a 5-star hotel with good service, I recommend choosing something else. We had a vacation in October 2025. Why not 5 stars: * Trouble with cleaning. You don't even have to worry about tipping the staff - they will clean up as your heart desires. Of the 10 days of rest, one day there was no cleaning at all (I complained to their service) and one more day only the garbage was removed. Mopping floors is not every day (if you go with children, then, in my opinion, it is critical). There was a family room and there was age-old dust under the children's sofa at check-in, however, as well as at check-out. * Repairs require major upgrades. There was a room with a sea view and the wallpaper was torn off, the furniture was scratched everywhere, and the bathroom was like after a bombing. If you go again, then only after major repairs. * Very little storage space. This is the first time I've seen bedside tables without drawers. Keep things in the closet, where there are 3 unfortunate shelves and hangers (in abundance). There was also an open cabinet on which children's things were simply stored - there was no aesthetics at all from the word. * Power is not aerobatics. There is very little variety in 10 days of rest.: The main restaurant serves the same type of breakfasts and lunches, with variations only at dinner. The children's table is permanent for breakfast / lunch / dinner, or feed from a common table, if the child is still on a salt-free diet, then such a meal will work. Fruits are washed periodically very poorly, they were washed additionally. * Weak sports animation. The entertainment animation is great, but there are few or no sports activities. We were with my husband and daughter for 15 years. Overall, I liked the hotel, the staff was attentive and smiling. Room cleaning, change of towels and linen, replenishment of the bar - daily. The food is delicious, varied, and alcohol is of good quality for every taste. When ordering, we booked a standard room in the main building, but we were offered a room in a bungalow without any requests or extra charges, for which we would like to thank you, because there was no daytime or evening animation. One day, the sink clogged and the conder flowed, they left a request, fixed everything while we were at breakfast, and then the inspectors came twice more and called once to check if everything was fine. For those who want to go to Manavgat in Novomol or just take a walk, the regular bus stops at the hotel, runs very often. There is a pharmacy 150 meters away, which was useful to us. There's no need for evening animation every day, but we weren't particularly interested in it. The sea is clear, there is a wave, but it's even more interesting this way. The beach umbrellas are small, you can't find a place in the shade. I don't know if we'll come back, because we're not planning a vacation in Turkey yet, and we weren't very interested in a beach vacation.

I will not compare Selectum with hotels in other countries and categories, there is no point, I will just write down the positive and negative sides of our vacation. I'll start with the negative ones, because there are so few of them that it will be much faster. There were two disadvantages, not even a minus, but purely my opinion: rolls and the ala-kart fish restaurant. And now to the pros. The biggest and probably the most significant reason to return to Turkey is the attitude of Turks towards vacationers and children! Maybe someone will say, like you're paying, no!!! The attitude is wonderful everywhere, they are great, they try to help and understand! As for the hotel, our room was good, we were satisfied (I didn't climb around the corners, I didn't look for dust), it was clean and cool, the second floor was as we wanted. Cleaning was done every day, bed linen was changed 2 times in 7 days, towels every two days (I just put towels on the floor and they gave us clean ones). Bathrobes, toothbrushes, and all soap dishes were in abundance, and the bar was replenished in full every day. In the bar, I was talking to Rodika, a very pleasant and charming woman, a master of her hard work, she was interested in how we rest and if we like everything. I'll single out Adik separately (in my opinion). We really have darts with him, and he's a good translator. But seriously, everything is delicious, the meat is cooked in front of you, and in the morning an omelet or shawarma is made especially for you. Outside, there are coffee, bars, and another canteen, and juices, and ice cream without restrictions for several hours (not an hour and one in hand, as it happens in other hotels) - you definitely won't stay hungry. Pools, slides and, of course, the sea! Everything is great. I came across reviews that it was a long way from the distant individual villa houses to the main restaurant - well, the children and I walked to the end of the territory for about 7 minutes. And you have to choose again - either in a shared building, where everything is nearby and noisy, or in a separate villa, where you have personal access to the pool, but you have to go for 5-10 minutes to eat.… All I can say is that in absolutely any place you need to understand what you are willing to agree to and what you are not willing to accept for the sake of comfort. This is a personal matter for everyone. We were all completely delighted with all the components of this holiday.

In general, the pool is good, there are sun beds and umbrellas, BUT one huge disadvantage: almost every balcony overlooking the pool and at the same time the sea, birds nest, which regularly update their waste products on sun beds, umbrellas, the water surface of the pool and all surfaces located near the pool. The beach is mixed: sand and small pebbles. There is a gym, but by and large it is nominal-a minimum set of not the most up-to-date exercise equipment and treadmills. There is a bus stop near the hotel, you can easily get to the city. There are also markets and a pharmacy nearby. In general, we are happy with the rest, especially if they fix the situation with the birds at the pool.
