Chilled drinks. Delicious cookies. Luggage storage. Russian-speaking guide. Comprehensive information upon check-in. As a result, they were settled earlier than the scheduled time. We were delivered to our bungalow by tuk-tuk. A huge luxury room. Large double bed. A soft corner. Safe deposit. Tea station. If there is a Paradise on Earth, it is the Selectum Hotel in Cam Ranh. This is not the first time we have had a vacation in Vietnam, but the rest in this hotel exceeded all expectations: the attitude towards the guests is polite and helpful. We lived in a bungalow on the ground floor, the room is spacious, everything is comfortable, provided, even flip-flops are available, by the way, they are quite comfortable. The robes are also comfortable. I have all the hygiene supplies, I only took a hair mask with me. It is very convenient that, if necessary, you can call a Tuk-tuk, and they will take you where you need to go. However, we always preferred to walk throughout the territory, but with a suitcase, it is more convenient to get to the reception. The sea is warm, beautiful, and clean, and it's interesting to watch small fish, even a starfish. There were waves, but they were very pleasant, it was possible to "ride" smoothly, but also occasionally "covered with my head", and there was so much screeching, delight ... And what a water park - a fairy tale!!! Nearby is an area with a bird garden! A great option! The cleanest large territory, lots of cozy corners. In the evening, a saxophonist by the pool:) very nice bay, gentle entrance, clear water. The cuisine is quite good, there is for every taste. We lived in three-storey buildings, quiet and peaceful. I recommend it! We took a taxi to the city in the region of 300 thousand baht. Nearby is Tortuga surf school with Russian coaches. It's very cool and they also feed you after a workout :)

The hotel is super, the area is large compared to ravindra. The water park is clean, children's areas for games and relaxation, the sea is wow, the sand is super, the beach is cleaned, if there are a lot of people, it's not noticeable, only at dinners. The rooms are well maintained, they were in a bungalow. There is a children's cinema. The animation is so-so, but we had enough. I liked everything, the photographers go and offer a photo shoot, 100 dollars. In principle, they do it well. 10 minutes from Cam Ranh Airport, 30 minutes to Nha Trang. Nice green area, 2 outdoor pools, another one in the water park (slides are good, they work by the hour). The large main building with the largest restaurant accommodates locals, it can be noisy. There are 3- and 2-storey villas with 8-12 rooms-quiet and cozy. And separate rooms for 1 room. The rooms are clean and cozy. 2 restaurants besides the main one. I liked the main building and the beach the most. The "European" type is the least. The food is delicious and varied. A beach with sun loungers. The water is refreshing. You can walk far along the coastline, but there is not much to see, the territories of working hotels are replaced by littered beaches of unfinished hotels. There is nothing to do outside the hotel - just the road. On the left, at the exit from the territory, there is an interesting monument to the fallen Vietnamese military during the conflict with China. Transfer to Nha Trang by appointment.

We had a rest from 23.05 to 03.06. Everything is great! The food is varied. Serving Phobo in the main restaurant is something I've never seen in any hotel. The beach is clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. For children, there are two pools that do not smell of chlorinating compounds, foam parties, unobtrusive animators. If you find fault , then I noted two disadvantages for myself . : 1) For lunch, third-party vacationers from the locals are brought to the main restaurant. It gets very noisy (the specifics of the local language) and there are no empty tables. It is solved by dining at two other restaurants on site. 2) The schedule of trips to Nha Trang by hotel bus (to the city at 12:00 and back at 16:00 and 21:00) is solved by a taxi trip to the city (350-400 tonsdongov)

The restaurants are really noisy, the shows go on until 23:00 and after the disco, it's really hard to fall asleep if you're not at the disco. The sound insulation is also bad, you can hear children crying and someone walking in the main corridor. The water park is open until 3 p.m., the sea and pools are open until 6 p.m. (lifeguards end their working day). The workers don't know English well, but there are those who know Russian, and that's a plus. The workers seem to get very tired of the customers, they respond without a smile and as if with aggression. In the dining room, it is rare, but it happens that the signs with food and drinks are confused. The food is of the same type, but there is plenty of it if you look well. There was little seafood, I saw only oysters, clams, octopus, squid, shrimp and of course a crocodile, although it is not seafood. Mango is rarely given, as it is paid. There's a lot of passion fruit for that. The bars have the same type of drinks, not very tasty wine and beer. There are only two Pepsi and two beers in the room's mini bar. It's hard to walk around with a bracelet on your arm every day, so don't pull it tight. You can take the elevator up to 2-3 floors, and you need a map for the rest of the floors. BUT THESE ARE ALL CONS, of course, there are plenty of advantages too. The food is delicious, if you search well you can find Bolognese, ramen, rice with beef/chicken, venison, meatballs and the like. The territory is large, and there are different shows and entertainment every day. Parents with children will definitely like it, there are separate drawing rooms with a playstation, slot machines, bowling, and so on. You can catch a tuk tuk anywhere and drive to the sea/hotel/restaurant. There are two swimming pools, three free restaurants (+2 paid), gym, massage. The beach is clean, there are few underwater inhabitants, and there are a lot of shells. Towels are provided separately at the restaurant with a swimming pool. The service is good, dirty dishes are picked up quickly. The room is cleaned well, new towels are provided every day, and bed linen is changed every two days. The pools are not deep, 1.5 meters maximum, clean. There is a shuttle bus to Nha Trang, places with information about tours and water activities. On the ground floor there is a lobby with soft drinks, a VIP lounge, shops and children's centers. There are restaurants on the second floor. The TVs are new, there is YouTube, and the rooms are standard size. In general, the hotel is not bad, all the disadvantages that I have listed can be endured. Beautiful territory, I miss this place.

A great hotel for a relaxing stay. It is only a 15-minute drive from Cam Ranh Airport. On a previous trip to Vietnam, we drove five and a half hours to Mui ne. I didn't want to do that anymore. We stayed at this hotel in September 2025. The hotel is magnificent, the sea is clear, the beach is excellent, the service is excellent, very clean, daily cleaning. We had a vacation in September 2025. In general, it's not a bad hotel, of course it's not 5*, but a solid 4* is provided. The beautiful large territory, the sea and pools are wonderful, the staff is pleasant and responsive. 1. The beach and the sea are great! The beach is clean, soft sand, there are enough sun beds, towels are provided, there is a shower and a beach bar. Rescuers are attentive, they don't sleep on duty. 2. The pools are all beautiful, clean and there is no smell of chlorine. Very nice pool near the beach. 3. The number. Normal, like in a good 4-k. Cleaning daily, or rather the appearance of cleaning) but it was not critical for us, not picky in this regard, the main thing was to change the towels, wipe the floor. We were with a child of 3.1 years old, we found out at the reception that the extra bed costs $ 28/day, we didn't take it, we asked for a free cot, it fit perfectly. One side is lowered, attached to his bed, everything is fine. By the way, towels are not provided for the child for some reason. And also, girls, take a hairdryer with you, the one in the room is almost a "dummy". 4. Entertainment for children. I liked everything: the children's entertainment center, a playground with slides, a good water park, although small, but the pool has different depths, the steps are almost invisible, the pattern merges, the sharp corners of the steps, you can easily get hurt. We didn't participate in the animation, it's for older children, we only saw karaoke and mini-disco. 5. Nutrition. At first glance, there are a lot of things, but almost all the food is Vietnamese, Korean or Chinese, the Slavs will not really come in. You will not stay hungry, you will always find something to eat, but, for example, in Turkey, in any 4-k, the food is much better. Most of the main dishes are spicy or have a very unpleasant smell. It's not easy to feed a child, only nuggets, sausages, and a couple of times there were mashed potatoes, soups, and broths that looked like cloudy jelly. Seafood can be: shrimp boiled normally, but mussels and octopus are impossible to eat, very spicy (even in the name "mussels stewed in black pepper"), or fried to chips and the smell is simply disgusting, this also applies to fish. Fruits, pastries, desserts and drinks are excellent. 6. Don't rush to take guided tours, it's a complete divorce. At least go to the reception area and ask the other guides for the price.

Hello, we had a vacation with my husband in October 2024. I really liked the hotel and the rest in general. If you have the mood to relax, then everything will be fine. They settled us right away. Reception for Russian guests is on the right in a separate room. Tatiana and another guy speak a little Russian, you can understand each other. You can drink tea, snacks, nuts of all kinds. Very pleasant. But we didn't take it this time, we wanted to move in as soon as possible, but then when we came to solve some questions, we always helped ourselves. Very, very nice. There are orchids both in the large hall and here, very large bouquets from many pots, I am a fan of them, it is very beautiful!!!!!! There are some paintings everywhere, well, it's very beautiful. You can probably borrow some books for children. We settled right away, we rented villas, and our friends had a 9-storey main building. We were immediately taken by a car to a room in the second line, the first separate villas, and then our row 2600 is our house. A room on the 1st floor with direct access to the lawn. God, it's beautiful out there. The greens are saturated, well, very healthy. The territory is generally great!!!!! Everything is covered with flowers, flowering trees, the smell is incredible. It's like being in heaven. From the room you can go out onto the balcony, there are armchairs, a table. And immediately in nature. You can't see the sea, but it's not a disadvantage, it's very quiet, beautiful, and secluded. If anyone likes it without noisy ruckus, it's here!!!!! The room is very nice, the bed, sofa, table, bedside table are soft. A closet, many shelves, bathrobes, slippers, an ironing board (which, by the way, we never took out), an umbrella, a flashlight, a safe, a lamp, a refrigerator is replenished daily if everything is removed from it. Once we forgot, we reminded him, we brought twice as much, for that we treated him. Daily, boccia, archery, water polo and volleyball are the ones that decide. The children played small towns and often used the children's room. It is noteworthy that ALL the pools on the territory are suitable for children, the maximum depth, if I am not mistaken, is 120-130 cm. We got (lucky) room 9003, in the corner of the upper floor (main building) with a DIRECT view of the sea. Three restaurants, well, for sure everyone will find something for themselves, the menu is varied. The animation is there, but not straight, of course, super. But if you are determined to participate, then you definitely won't be bored!! Their animators would really like to mention Brando (Dominican) and Kun (Vietnamese). 100% return!! They are fully involved, the smile does not leave their face, creative, interesting, yes, just cool (I will attach a photo) 100%!! The coolest Cuong from staff!! Besides the fact that he knew me not only by sight, but also me (and my friends) by name, he is very polite, helpful and caring!! Group.A gorgeous and Huge territory .All inclusive, the sea is warm nearby.there are a lot of pools.There are foam parties almost every day.The whole area is covered in flowers.Well, it's just amazing Russian-speaking staff at the reception Tatiana and 2 other young guys Unfortunately, I don't know the names.But they are very polite and in general all the staff are good girls and boys I recommend that we definitely go again I think my mom and I were noticed.Mom is 86 years old..We were at the disco with her and at foam parties. For show, bocce, darts and jumping in the pool, such as aqua aerobics. The animator, a boy in a cowboy hat, walks like a "stoned " and is full of brakes. Well, in the evening, everyone jumps on stage according to the same scenario. I will say this, the work of animators in the Selectum needs to be radically changed. I won't say that I like having animators standing over me every day and calling me to play. But when you look at them now, melancholy rolls over. I'll start with the fact that the territory of the hotel is large, but it is used very stupidly, there is a water park, but I'm not interested in it, since everything has been castrated for a long time and in fact there are only two pools, and if you want some kind of peace and relaxation, then it's not that it's passing by. Although the hotel has recently opened, it already looks tired and uncomfortable. There are government tiles everywhere without any frills. The room has been very large for a long time and everything seems to work without failures and complaints. There is audibility, but not fatal. There are only two shower towels in the room for two people and two 20x20 towels, if I understand correctly, for wiping hands. Bathroom accessories: two toothbrushes (it looks like baby toothpaste in a paper bag, like ketchup), 4 ear sticks. There are two large dispensers in the shower, one with soap, the second with shampoo and that's it. There are two cans of beer and two cans of lemonade in the mini bar. For a five-star hotel, it's not exactly... Catering: in fact, there are two restaurants and one place for a snack. None of the declared A la carte restaurants have EVER been opened. So that the meals are strictly on schedule. The cuisine is quite diverse and, to be honest, not bad. With the bars, and there are three of them, well, it's just some kind of trouble, the assortment is less than in the hungry Cube!!! How many times we traveled around the world, nowhere was worse than in this hotel. Your bars have the type of menu that you are allowed: one type of gin, vodka, white and red wines, rum and whiskey, two types of beer and five cocktails of water, two types of lemonade. In my opinion, that's not enough, BUT EVEN POOR. The staff seems friendly, but apart from the reception staff, it's not like no one understands Russian or English. SUMMARY: I will definitely come to Vietnam (it is a very interesting country and there is a lot to see, I will NOT SET FOOT IN THIS HOTEL!!! Otherwise I do not take on the function of last resort and the choice is yours. I will be glad if my review will be useful to someone.
