Arrogant service! We purchased an unlimited internet SIM card — great deal, thank you for that. However, the customer service experience was very poor. Staff were arrogant and unhelpful, which really took away from the overall experience. If you don’t speak Georgian, don’t expect everyone to be willing or happy to assist.

They don't speak Russian. We issued a SIM using foreign passports. But. As it turned out, other people! We found out at the police station. When we came to the office, they couldn't explain to us what the reason was, why the SIM cards were issued to some individuals, not to us. Another problem, I'm not getting any text messages. We only receive offers from Selfies.
