Review of an excursion to Angkor Wat in Cambodia from Selfie travel.
Of the advantages:
1. The places are really very beautiful, it's worth going there - definitely
2. The slip basses are very comfortable. The long road passes unnoticed.
Now about the disadvantages, they all relate specifically to the organization of the tour:
1. We had three slip basses in total. For some reason, there was no guide in ours. Accordingly, no one woke up in advance. Just in fact: the light turns on - we leave urgently. People didn't even have time to wash, they couldn't pack their things in advance.
2. It was so cold on the bus that neither sweatshirts, nor jackets and blankets saved anything. It was just terribly cold. From point 1, it is clear that the guide is not with us, it was impossible to solve this problem.
3. On the spot, we got a guide who speaks Russian poorly. Of course, he's great, and probably the stories were amazing, but what's the point if it's just not possible to understand 50 percent. Accompanying Christina was sometimes included, but these were isolated cases.
4. None of the guides/company representatives were waiting for the group at Angkor Wat. I turned away - there is no group and the rest of the time you run looking for them, because there was no desire to stay there forever.
5. At dinner, the guides could not decide which of the tables were ours, one says one thing, the other says another. I had to change seats several times, everyone quarreled.
6. The time is terribly organized. We almost ran to the places for which we all came. We didn't have time to look or take a photo. Then somehow there were four hours left before dinner and we were hanging around the street, supermarkets, not knowing where to put ourselves. 4 hours! It would be more pleasant to walk along Angkor Wat in a calm mode, and then arrive for dinner at the right time.
7. There is a complete discount between the guides. Everyone says different things: one says that on the way back you need to take the same places where we were, the other says it doesn't matter. Some kind of madness began, everyone quarreled, started kicking each other out.

Fukuoka tour from selfie travel safari and water park.
Hotel guide Elena positioned the tour in terms of comfort and organization.
As a result, we pick up everyone from the hotels, then we stand in line at the cashier for 30 minutes. There are tickets for children up to 140 cm at the ticket office, we have a teenager for whom she bought this ticket. We pointed out to her that he was taller, and she replied that she would decide everything at the entrance. They asked to decide in advance, and as a result, the whole group waited until Ksenia stood in line at the ticket office again to change her ticket.
Before that, the tour was on another day, but we got sick and they didn't want to postpone it because they took tickets for us.
Guys, if you got tickets for us, then why are we standing in line at the box office?
As a result, we got lost on the tour itself, because Ksenia didn't really explain where to go or what to see.

The service is excellent, the staff agrees to everything, the food on the basis of breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean, comfortable, there are no drinks, the location of the sea is ideal nearby, but shopping or dining is very far away. But the main thing from selfie travel is the guide Nina, a Chinese woman with a Russian face, so she is the best thing that happened ...... she ran around persuading the reception to check us in early, asked us to feed, chose the optimal excursions, accompanied, helped, translated. Good afternoon, everyone! We would like to thank the excellent guide of the Selfi company on Hainan, Alyona (man), for the tour, we are delighted! We were on an excursion in May, which included the glass bridge in the park "Tropical Paradise"! In general, many thanks to the company, The impression is the most positive, the flight is uneventful, everything is on schedule. The hotel gave us fruits as a gift, the guides from our Selfie were in the department from morning to evening, you could always ask for help from calling a taxi to changing money helped with everything. I liked Hainan, 7 days is certainly very short. It is impossible to describe in a nutshell, the sea, the sun, fruits, Chinese cuisine is very tasty. We didn't have time to see much in a week, we were treated, massage, needles at prices are also quite acceptable.

We flew in from Hainan today, the whole trip went great, but in the end we were just blown away by the negligence of the organizers. In general, the hotel guide told us that we would be picked up at the airport at 2:30 a.m., we went to the reception at 2:15-2:20 in advance and waited for the rest of the people from our hotel. After 40 minutes, we were worried that no one was coming down and approached the hotel administrator, who in turn told us that the rest of the group had left the hotel and had already left on the transfer!!
I am outraged that no one even lost us, did not bother to check the lists and eventually contact us. As a result, we took a taxi to the airport and, of course, we were seated separately on the plane in the remaining seats. Your short-sighted employees were very lucky that they did not catch my eye yesterday.

I am currently on a cable car tour on the island.Phu Quoc. To say that I'm shocked!!! That's not to say anything. They collect 1.5 - 2 hours at the hotels. But you can put up with this, because the tour is a group one. Upon arrival at the cable car, we stand and wait for the "guide" (in quotes) to go to the ticket office and purchase tickets for the whole group!!! Why, with a list in hand, not do it in advance??? Next, a lunch is announced... just a crowd of people left to themselves. For some reason, pineapple island and beach holidays are announced on the tour. As a result, we have a water park and some kind of attraction, which are contraindicated for medical reasons. Why is there such a discrepancy in the declared program? But that's not all!!! The hotel guide described many colorful shows with separate places when "pairing" the tour, now it turns out that for us "ordinary" everything is like everyone else among the Chinese))) Actually, I paid for the comfort!!! And with this attitude, it would be easier for me to come here myself and very cheaper!!! I do not recommend this company!!!

The flight was delayed, the tanker broke down at refueling, then someone was waiting at the airport upon arrival. We arrived at the hotel 4 hours later, it was already dark. They threw a day out of vacation. The hotel is 3 rooms apart from the declared and paid 4 rooms. The next day you need to come to a MANDATORY meeting with the HOTEL guide. But keep in mind that the hotel guide does not solve issues with the hotel, does not help, but continues to sell the company's products. Another 4 hours flew by irrevocably at an unnecessary meeting. The guide answered questions about the hotel even aggressively. We had a broken shower in our room - we were sent to contact the reception and resolve this issue. There is no need to distract from important sales matters ... so they would say that the meeting is for those who want to buy excursions, the rest can rest in peace. Important issues will not be resolved!

We bought a tour to Dalat for 2 days on 21,22.06. 24. Elena's hotel guide (Selfie Travel). Believing Elena's beautiful speeches about a chic, informative, unforgettable vacation, they paid $ 170 per person. The car provided for transfer to Dalat is designed for 12 people, in fact, 14 adults + 2 children under 5 years old passed! I got a seat on the step, not on a full-fledged chair! The guide accompanying us on the trip refused to take a folding seat! Upon arrival in Dalat, upon check-in at the hotel, everyone was, to put it mildly, surprised! Hotel guide Elena, when selling the tour, very colorfully described the hotel worth $ 100 per room, in fact the River park hotel cost $ 14 without air conditioning, with mold and musty smell! But at least we were lucky - our room had a full-fledged window with a view of the lake, in other rooms the window was either on the stairs or without a window at all! Vouchers for the tour were provided on the vots ap only on 06/20 in the evening and then after reminders to Elena!
The Selfie Travel hotline didn't even bother to explain what was happening in any way! There is still no answer!
For other companies, the same trip to Dalat costs $ 90-100 per person.
Don't be fooled by the fairy tales of the hotel guides!!!

For the first time in Vietnam. We flew with a Selfie Travel (now there are no options), I wanted to see both the country and everyday life and of course enjoy the sea. Be led by the guide's story and photo about the beauties of the islands of Hong Mio and Hong Tan. Moreover, the hotel guide HERSELF focuses on the absence of Chinese on the islands and the cleanliness of the beach. Arriving at Hong Mio, we were shocked by the number of Chinese and floating garbage around, plus the smell of diesel from the boats. They pointed out the discrepancy between the story, the photo and reality. The guide refused to take us back to the hotel, we insisted. She called, conferred. As a result, with a fight, and with the condition that if we don't like it on the second island, we will be taken to hotels, we were taken to Hong Tan. But the situation was not much better than on the first island. But no one was going to take us to the hotel. We were NOT ALLOWED to return to the hotel on our own. We did not arrange a boat rental, and for our additional fee. The situation shifted after we took out our phones and started filming and threatened to contact the police and the diplomatic mission. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude, although we have visited many countries of the world!!!! There are no words.

An unscrupulous company, or employees working in it!
While on vacation in Nha Trang, we purchased a 2-day tour to Dalat from Selfie Travel, for $ 170 per person. Elena's hotel guide promised: a comfortable trip, great food in the restaurant and hotel accommodation with a price of $ 100 per room. As a result: a packed small minibus (and go at least 3 hours in one direction); regular meals (soup, salad, and another dish, for dessert, a banana); a mediocre guide, periodically sleeping on the road, with a speech rich in the words "parasites", named Bogdan; and the highlight of the program - a 3-star hotel with rooms without a window facing the street, with a strong smell of mold (the price of a room is about 10-14 dollars, 14 already with a window).
For comparison: for other companies, such a tour costs $ 90-100, without cheating!
For this reason: I strongly do not recommend Selfie Travel!

I flew with them on a tour from Novosibirsk to Phu Quoc (Vietnam) with a transfer to Taraz (Kazakhstan). The flight was a charter flight. The flight was delayed for 15 hours, they announced it already when we were at the airport. They told the locals to go home, and the non-locals were placed in a hotel. Hot meals were not provided. They told me to collect the checks, then the tour operator will compensate for everything. Upon return, they wrote a claim and attached receipts (taxi to the house and back to the airport, meals at the cafe). The claim written in early January was answered only in mid-April with a standard reply that they would not compensate anything for the checks and they did everything possible to resolve the situation with the departure. In general, I do not recommend buying tours from this tour operator, and if you do get a flight delay, keep in mind that they will not compensate you for anything by checks, count only on your capabilities. The work of the hotel guide also leaves much to be desired: he did not say anything about the gift tour, immediately began to offer the most expensive tour, to my questions about places where to eat, he said that everything was delicious, meeting with him did not give me any useful information, he also behaved arrogantly and self-confidently and argued at all points. For comparison, in February I flew to Phuket with the tour operator Biblio Globus, everything was clearly and smoothly worked out, the guide even took me to the cafe on a motorbike.

We arrived on 24.02 at 23.30, in the morning there was a meeting with the guide Hanni (as he introduced himself, an Egyptian with a row of black slicked-back hair))), at which he offered excursions, at inflated prices, $ 50 per person per yacht, after 10 minutes, he wrote a voice message that he needed to pay another $ 10 from each, after which we realized that he had deceived us!!! He refused the offer to reduce the cost without diving. The next day, he offered to meet, and began to threaten me, literally, "that I am in their country, and if he does not give a voucher for departure, we will not fly to Russia!!!!!! Please take action against THIS employee of your company!!!!!!!

Greetings to all! My husband and I flew to Phuket. The Selfie Travel company met us. And this is the further plan of the Selfie Travel company… The next day, the manager of the company will definitely come to your hotel with an advertisement for his excursions for money at least 3 times higher than the same excursions through local companies. VERIFIED!!! READ MY TWO REVIEWS EARLIER FROM TATIANA KOVALEVA. In addition, you are offered a "gift" tour, which, as a result, is aimed at maximizing sales of goods from companies that are "run" by Russian-speaking employees for some reason. How was it?... From the gift shop, we were taken to an observation deck with a beautiful view and to a local temple, where we could walk for half an hour. The other 3 locations are the sale of goods, which should be treated with great caution. The first location is the snake farm. I don't know if this can be called a farm, considering that they showed us several live snakes in terrariums, the rest were pickled. In my mind, a farm is the breeding of animals, in this case snakes, in large quantities in order to obtain components for drugs that they allegedly produce (venom, snake skin, snake fat, etc.). This is the first thing that might alert you. But this farm has a large number of rooms for presentations to us, tourists, perhaps more than the snakes themselves. All in order not to miss a single customer, because the flow of tourists here is huge. People are brought in by buses. At this presentation, the woman, without giving us her diploma with at least some medical education, began to scare people with diseases arising from urbanization. And, of course, the only solution to all health problems turned out to be the purchase of drugs with snake components. At the same time, the woman claimed that these were not any dietary supplements, but real medicines, in order to somehow justify the "cosmic" prices (on average from $ 100 per package or more!!!). When I asked about the certificates, the woman pointed to the unreadable, photocopied, faded framed papers hanging from the ceiling. I am a doctor who also worked for a pharmaceutical company and I know what certificates for real medicines should look like. And how much does it cost to get such a certificate, how much expensive research needs to be carried out for each of the drugs (hundreds of thousands of dollars). And in order to pay for all this, drugs must be available in every pharmacy throughout Thailand and beyond. But no. The woman said that you can't buy these products anywhere in the world except from them. That's funny!!! And people bought because they want to be healthy, but of course they don't know all the nuances. Therefore, I am not silent and I want to warn everyone who comes across such businessmen. I will write wherever possible. BUT THERE ARE VERY FEW SUCH RESPONSES, AND EVEN FEWER PEOPLE WHO READ REVIEWS. THEREFORE, I ASK EVERYONE TO SPREAD THIS INFORMATION TO ACQUAINTANCES, FRIENDS, ETC. Exactly the same situation occurred at our second location. It was the so-called "Royal Pharmacy", which most likely has nothing to do with a real Royal Pharmacy, if only because drugs can only be bought at this point. For some reason, this Royal Pharmacy is not available to local residents. The difference was only in the composition of the drugs. In this case, they were different parts of the plants. Again, people bought everything for a lot of money. The same certificates, the same specialists. No laboratories, studies, or the like were presented. The third location is the sale of latex products. I won't talk about it much. I will name the prices for comparison: here you are offered a pillow for 2,400 baht, in local stores – 600-800 baht. A blanket here is for 9900 baht, in the store – for 1200 baht, I do not remember the mattress here, in the store 9900 baht.
And in conclusion, I can advise people who have purchased medicines in this way to verify the authenticity of the drugs by the barcode on the package or by the serial number, if any. Or take the samples to the center for certification and quality control of drugs at the place of residence and determine the true composition of the drug. Good health and a great holiday to all!!!

As a result, we ourselves left by taxi. well, tranfer is the responsibility of the company!!! Be careful, we will never fly with this company again!!!

The tour to Cairo by bus cost us $ 2,180, and there are 90 for two. With a better attitude.

We arrived from Vietnam, we were on Phu Quoc Island for the first time on December 8 to December 18, 2023. The island is beautiful, the climate, nature, friendly Vietnamese. But the SelfieTravel agency made me pretty nervous! It all started
after the full payment of the tour. We took a tour to the Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc hotel, I asked the agent to check that there was not another word in the name of the Best Western Premier Sonasea Villas Phu Quoc, since the hotels differ in only one word, on booking these are two completely different hotels, and the location of the first is the first line, and the second located on the second floor, after full payment we receive a message that our hotel is the Best Western Premier Sonasea Villas Phu Quoc. Our agent has a screenshot that she booked the Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc, after long discussions, we were offered an individual transfer as compensation, since we were already set up for a vacation, we agreed. Our adventures did not end there, starting with the SelfieTravel agent meeting at the airport, the girl, with the words follow me, went to look for our transfer, which for some reason took away other tourists! As a result, we are hiding from the sun in the shade of a palm tree in the parking lot, with suitcases and winter clothes, waiting for our individual transfer and watching people from our plane board buses and safely leave for their hotels! When asked how this could happen, she replied, it's the Vietnamese, it's not our fault. But we did not buy the tour and transfer from the Vietnamese, but from SelfieTravel, so such excuses are unacceptable. We had to show that we were unhappy with the current situation and only then the girl took out her phone and began to solve the problem!
The next day after arrival, we went to an information meeting with the hotel guide, his name is Shah, please remember this name, since he is certainly a good salesman, and do not buy anything from him. We purchased two excursions from him, an individual author's tour of the island, and a VIP Combo Vinwonders and Safari tour. Since we are vacationing with a company of 7 people, we always try to take individual excursions, and always with a guide, in order to expand our horizons. There are no complaints about the author's tour, except that of course it is not worth the money that they ask for it, they drove around free locations, but there is no alternative, we liked it, but tourists can visit all these locations themselves, a cool Crab application works in Fukuoka. The cars are new, comfortable and the prices are adequate. But the VIP Combo Vinwonders and Safari tour, which cost us if we had bought tickets ourselves 9.100.000 VND for our company, a taxi to the park 400.000 VND one way, for which we paid 683.00 USD, the Shah promised us not just a Russian-speaking guide, but a Russian guide, moving around the park in a buggy for our company transfer to the park by minibus, in fact a bus for 41 people arrived, there was no guide, there was only a girl who called herself accompanying us to the park. While waiting, we drove to the park and tried to contact the Shah, who answered, you got what you paid for, it's useless to call him, he didn't answer the phone! no one is confused by the name of our VIP tour, I contacted representatives of the company through Instagram, who sent vouchers and the hotel guide will contact you, they began to ignore me, the guide never contacted. It could be said that there was a misunderstanding, but the whole bus was promised the same conditions as us. A massive failure is obtained.
But that's not all, the Shah also persuaded us to go to the pearl farm and the coffee factory, we immediately wanted to refuse, since we did not expect to walk with a child, we did not expect to buy anything, but he assured us, as soon as we get tired of walking, inform the guide and you will be taken to the hotel. As a result, we were taken to a pearl farm, where we went so that the child could see how pearls were mined, and we were brought to the store, from where we left after 5 minutes, and our guide left and did not even say goodbye, and we waited 1.5 hours for the transfer in the sun.
Before flying home, we also had to be nervous, we reminded the Shah about ourselves several times to find out what time we would be picked up from the hotel.

Good afternoon! I want to leave a review about the Selfie Travel company. My family of 6 people, 3 children and 3 adults arrived in Thailand. Phuket on 08/14/2023, Marina, the company's agent, met us, all the way to the hotel on a group transfer, she told us a lot of very interesting information, briefly told us about the places where we should visit. The impression of the meeting was only positive. Next, we were met by Ekaterina, an agent who made and thought through our entire vacation. We came with a list of those excursions that we wanted to visit, so Ekaterina planned our pastime very competently and advised us how to group the excursions so that we could visit more places besides our list, as a result we visited 8 impressive excursions, Katerina guessed everything for us so that the weather was suitable. Polite, punctual, smiling, I wanted to chat and chat with her)))) She told me a lot of everyday nuances about how to live in Thailand. At the first meeting, I said that she was the best and I can repeat it again, thank you Katerina very much, you know your business. On the Avatar Spa tour, agent Kirill was with us, a guy who loves his job, gave us a lot of information tirelessly and told us about Thailand with admiration. Nikolai was with us on a two-day excursion, the first impression of him was well, a very serious guy))) he always counted us)))) That's right, a large group of us went on a long trip to the islands. And everything was fine until we came across the working methods of the company and Anton's manager directly. They smile at you and lie at the same time to get as much money out of you as possible. And when you try to sort out a poorly provided service (to put it mildly, it did not meet the promises of Anton's manager), the tone of the conversation changes dramatically. No longer the same smiling man, talking boorishly. It does not look at all like a serious, development-minded company that would fight for every client, as is done throughout the civilized world. And now to the point: we were promised a tour that is fundamentally different from all the others with a high level of organization and, accordingly, the price (this is exactly what the "smiling" manager Anton promised us) So that you understand, here we paid 7000 baht for two against 2500 baht from other companies. We decided not to be greedy and celebrate my birthday at the highest level. As a result, we got a mediocre organization, no different from other companies, which we observed a lot during the tour of a so-so speed boat, stuffed to the brim with seats. At the same time, a Thai guide could afford to drink alcohol on our board, which I consider unacceptable. There are still a lot of little things, such as additional "voluntary" levies at different stages. I think, for such a price, it is, to put it mildly, superfluous. A complete feeling that they are being used as a wallet, and then "spit out" as unnecessary. I speak with full confidence, because having contacted Anton and presented all the arguments and our dissatisfaction, his attitude has radically changed, while he claims that the company's management is aware of and fully supports this method of work of its employees. And, it seems, does not want to increase the level of service to its customers at all. But we pay them a lot of money. I decided not to remain silent, as many do. Let's fight for our rights! I will write as much as I deem necessary so that as many people as possible can hear and make the right choice and not fall for the "bait" of incompetent companies working in the service sector. I'm writing in hot pursuit!. Just 2 hours ago we arrived from a fantastic 2-day trip to Chaolang Lake in Thailand.
The first thing I would like to mention is the guide Anton, a very nice guy with knowledge of the business. With burning eyes, he told the story of Thailand, its kings, knows many subtleties and small details. It's very interesting to listen) Anton is really a professional, he was sensitive and clearly in communication with everyone.
Just the incredible beauty of the place! The tour is almost individually selected! There are no queues anywhere, and what can I say, we were the only Russian-speaking bus for these 2 days on this route. It is possible with children from 5 years old they will not be afraid!
Beautiful temples. The lake is amazing, where we spent the night, and what kind of views and photos are there mmmm. Then a lot of impressions and of course in the end elephants! I only felt sorry for them ...
In general, there are no queues anywhere, everything was just for us, super, super. Thank you for a well-thought-out tour!

The condition of the ATVs leaves much to be desired. Everyone arrived dirty and dusty. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to drive a quad bike. Although I clarified this point with the hotel guide, we considered the tour only because of the child.

The view is super) We met with the guide Anton, told him all about the excursions, and did not immediately buy anything. I was confused that he tells everything in the best colors, they didn't believe him at first) In the morning, the same excursions were found cheaper on the street. They started checking, there are some additional payments, lunch is paid. Nevertheless, we decided to buy an excursion from Selfie Travel and did not regret it for a minute. We met with Anton again, told him what to take with you, what you don't need. In the morning we were picked up, the hotel provided boxes with breakfast, we were treated to tea, coffee, cookies on the pier. And it turned out, everything is as our guide said) We were the first to arrive on each island, managed to take photos, see everything, and when we left the island, huge crowds of tourists came there. We were really ahead of all the tourists by one island. This is just a huge plus for such an organization for the Selfie Travel team. Considering that my husband and I had a wedding photo shoot, photos without crowds of tourists are very pleasing) The photographer, by the way, was also in the team with the guide, you could pay for the services in rubles by transfer. We were given free lunch, coke, water, fruit and cookies. The tour operator also gave us a free tour, it's worth a trip! We spent our vacation with three guides, two of whom left unpleasant impressions of the company itself. The first girl, Ekaterina, sold excursions at a very high price, talking about them in short and rather bright colors, constantly hinted that she was in a hurry. She didn't give us time to think, referring to the fact that places are sold out very quickly, she negotiated prices without warning that this was the price for one person, in the end we were surprised at the fact of the price, we took 2 excursions, but that evening we refused one, returned only 75%, by the way, the guide did not say a word He said about the possibility of refusal, all the conditions are written on the back of the tickets, but who would have suggested it. For 2 days we waited for the girl to come or hand over the money to us! It is not clear for what merits 25% are not returned! The Avatar tour was not bad, with a pleasant polite guy Kirill, but it was not worth the money, very early, there were no comfortable cars, as promised, they said that there would be lunch and dinner, in fact only lunch, free water was only in the first cars, then there was not a single bottle in the minivan. We were given one tour as a gift, our guide was an arrogant and aggressive guy Anton, he led us through all the hot spots. The tour itself had incorrect priorities, in places where people bought up incomprehensible products, time was unlimited, everything was explained in detail in Russian, no one hurried anyone. We waited for people from the bus for 30-40 minutes, while there were no disturbances. At the very end, we went to Wat Chalong Temple, the guide did not explain anything what to do and how to behave, said that he could not go there, gave 40 minutes for everything and naturally this was not enough, they independently asked people what to do. The tourists from our bus did the minimum that was possible when the time was right, found a monk, but did not know what to do, decided to ask Anton, to which they received an aggressive response that time was up and nothing needed to be done, waved his hand and turned away, then we asked for 5 more minutes, which was refused again, in the end they did not wait for us, we left on our own, customer orientation 0 out of 10!!!

The disappointment is complete from this tour operator. Dorhan guide in Phuket is generally the bottom. This is the worst operator we've ever dealt with.
1. The flight was delayed both there and back. But this is not the main thing and not fundamental.
2. Meeting at the airport: they meet only at one of the terminal exits, it's not difficult, but you'll have to look for them.
3. Everyone always lies about the transfer time. You say in 20 minutes you will see why you need a taxi, as a result you drove for almost 3 hours!!!! And this is despite the fact that our hotel is 20-30 minutes from the port.
4. Of THE ADVANTAGES. They gave me a SIM card, it costs 600 rubles in the port.
5. The guides on individual excursions are terrible: they sit in silence all the time, you ask how long to go, the answer is ALWAYS 10 MINUTES....and half an hour on the road.
6. We took an individual yacht tour at the suggestion of the operator's Guide. We were delayed again, we spent less time on the yacht than we ordered.
7. The guide from the operator (whom we met at the hotel) he does not give any information himself. Always before departure, they usually notify you when they will pick you up, where they will meet you, etc. We waited here until 21h, there is no information, we decided to ask ourselves, so only then some kind of movement. It would be interesting to check what would happen if you didn't ask .....go look for us on the beach :)
In short, their main problem is the organization of all processes.
We did not have the opportunity to choose another operator, but IF POSSIBLE, DO NOT TAKE TOURS FROM THIS OPERATOR.
