The managers listened to all our wishes and answered all our questions in detail. The order was completed within 2 weeks, the delivery was organized on time, without delay.

I turned to the managers at Selmax regarding the purchase of a straight-walled greenhouse 3.5. The attitude towards the client is deeply indifferent, ignoring. The manager is still calling back (more than 7 days have passed). The site is misleading. It turns out, according to the manager, they work preferably with wholesale customers, and retail sales are a trifle. They don't do it. The range of greenhouses available is narrow, and, for example, there is no model I need and they do not know when it will appear. They do not deliver greenhouses throughout Belarus, only to the settlements indicated in the table on the website, and logistics away from them by more than 10 km is impossible in principle. Although on the website, there is an indication that delivery is possible throughout Belarus. It is impossible to find out the names of the companies that are their dealers or partners in the retail sale of greenhouses. They do not make preliminary applications for greenhouses. The manager's communication style is close to rude, especially since it was a girl!!! In a word - deep terry towels and complete disregard for the client and incorrect information on the official website!

I ordered a greenhouse. Almost everything is perfect - delivery, the quality of the fabric and polycarbonate itself. BUT, a big and fat minus for the instructions for the greenhouse. Don't you guys have any paper? The instructions are printed on small pieces of paper in such a small font that you have to read it with a magnifying glass.

We ordered a greenhouse from this manufacturer, the quality was very pleased, everything came in a complete set and packed with high quality, detailed assembly instructions. Arcs of 40* 20 can easily withstand a weight of 70 kg. Polycarbonate scrub pro turned out to be so durable that it was difficult to cut at the ends, it did not break or bend anywhere during installation, it will definitely stand for 10 years!
