The house is excellent, all the necessary utensils are available, there is a coffee maker and Turks for coffee, the beds are in good condition. I didn't like the presence of mice in the house in such a warm time, I had to hide food in plastic containers. The stove with a barbecue is excellent, reliably protected from rain, the draft is good, the firewood burns out quickly, there is a cold water supply to the table next to the stove, which allows you to wash your hands, for example, right next to the stove. A rowing plastic boat of the pioneer-8 type is provided free of charge along with an electric motor, you need your own battery. Unfortunately, it is impossible to use the pier to the lake, you can only go halfway and that's it, and the depth is 50 cm in this place, except that you can catch fry at this point. The depth of 1.5 m (on the riverbed, which is 4-5 meters from the edge of the bridge, 3 meters deep), where fishing is possible, begins at the end of the pier and it is not possible to get there. Launching the boat is difficult in the pier area due to overgrown vegetation. The boat was launched from the pier and driven to a nearby parking lot, from where access to the water is much easier, however, the bottom is silted up, the thickness of the silt is about 50 cm and there may be various kinds of debris (I picked up a few meters of rusty steel cable with protruding metal wires in the mud with my boot). The pier needs to be repaired and it is necessary to clear the exit to the lake to the left or right of the pier by at least three meters in width for launching boats. The swimming beach is about one kilometer from the estate. During the week of rest, I saw a floating bear, so when going into the forest, you need to exercise some caution. The bathhouse is good, it keeps the heat well. After the bath, I want to jump into the lake, but due to the lack of a pier, I have to settle for a shower, the warm water in which ends quickly enough and the ice well begins to pour. There are no garbage containers on the territory of the estate, garbage has to be put in bags somewhere on the street away from the house so as not to attract mice, which are already enough in the house. I think this estate is well suited for those who love the forest and silence, and fishing is not important.

A magical place! Away from the city, the hustle and bustle. Quiet, easy. The territory of the site is large. Sauna, gazebo, barbecue. There is even a small library. The house is spacious, 6 people can comfortably accommodate. The owners are always in touch, they do not remain indifferent to any issues that arise, everything is solved. Now there is an active fight against mice in the house. So far, there is parity. But the owners don't give up. And the mice taught us to keep things in order, to hide everything, to leave nothing. And yet, there are ants somewhere nearby (very close). If they find something sweet/edible, then it's entirely your fault.
