Disappointment in Dr. Fozilbekov Mehriddine - lost 2 years, money and trust We turned to orthodontist Fozilbekov. Mehriddin was born in May 2023 to install a braces system for her husband and correct his bite. I found him on Instagram, and I was impressed that he attends lectures, teaches himself, and actively maintains a profile. It inspired confidence. At the consultation, he confidently promised to correct the bite in 1 year. The cost was announced immediately. I asked if professional dental cleaning (PSA) was included in the price, and the doctor replied "yes," and we will do it as needed. It's been 2 years. The result is zero or even worse than it was before the treatment. What went wrong: — PSA was not carried out either on schedule or out of necessity. In 2 years - only one (!) cleaning, and then after long reminders. During this "cleaning", the electricity was cut off, the procedure was carried out superficially, without proper quality, but they still demanded payment for it — although it was previously stated that it was included in the total cost. — When we decided to install the implant in a third-party clinic, my husband called the doctor with a request to remove the braces. Answer: "I'm on vacation." In fact, the doctor taught paid courses and shared it on social networks. Another lie - it only takes a few minutes to remove the braces, but he didn't even want to do that. When we asked directly about the progress of the treatment, I, as a wife and a person with a medical education (a veterinarian), asked: — Is there a result? The answer is yes. And who are you? I replied, "I'm a veterinarian." He: - No, who are you? "My wife." It was incredibly frustrating and humiliating, especially after 2 years of regular visits and trust on our part. Moreover, when I reminded the doctor of his promise to correct the bite in 1 year, he replied: — I didn't say that. This is an outright denial of his words. I was shocked and asked: "Are you saying that I'm lying?" Conclusion: The doctor didn't do his job, didn't fix the bite, didn't follow the treatment protocols, lied about little things, and eventually just "leaked" us to another clinic, where, by the way, a real professional got down to business. Competence is immediately felt there, unlike Fozilbekov's wasted 2 years. The doctor is now actively promoting his restoration courses. But how can you teach others when your own patients receive no results, no respect, and no honest treatment? Knowing the theory is one thing. Being a doctor in practice is something else entirely. I would think 100 times before entrusting this person with my health or that of my loved ones. I'm going to apply to the appropriate authorities so that the competence of this "specialist" can be verified. We lost 2 years, a lot of money, and most importantly, our health and trust. PS: I took off my husband's braces, his teeth are in a bad condition than they were before we came to him. When he took off his braces and realized his mistake (I hope he understood), he probably thought that the story was over, but it wasn't there, the story was just beginning.
