Everything started quite well, the order was placed and it was necessary to drive up to the accounting department to pay 50% and sign the contract. The first bell rang when, according to the agreement, it turned out that we could not protect ourselves in any way. The terms of our guarantees simply did not exist)))"Yes, everything is always fine with us, don't worry," manager Tatiana told us. With our many requests, the contract was adjusted right on our lap. The second point that was very confusing was the lack of a payment receipt)))We were simply told that we were free and would receive a call when the windows were ready. The windows were supposed to be installed before 08/28/25 and that's where the fascinating attraction begins. The installers didn't even bother to call when they arrived at our facility, they just called at the end and said "We're done, come to the place in 20 minutes and pay." To say that I was shocked is an understatement. Adequate people warn us at least an hour in advance, given that they knew that we were not sitting at the facility and were not waiting for their call, because I repeat, they did not even warn that they had arrived at the facility. As a result, the installers did not wait for us and left, and when we arrived at the facility we were shocked by the quality of their work. The doors to the balcony were installed crookedly, almost all the windows were chipped, as well as a huge number of scratches. We called both Tatiana's manager and the installers. Instead of apologizing, we were told that they couldn't have that, but that's the way it was, the installers would come tomorrow and send us a photo report on how well they had done everything))) What happens next is generally a circus. The next day, the installers arrive again without notifying us, I can't name a friend "on the sly", cut off the foam with a knife, tear off the door to the balcony and put it straight, carefully hiding the traces of their alterations among our garbage bags. Then they make a video, saying everything is awesome and we terrorize them in vain))) How cleverly they came up with it, it's just a pity you can see where they cut it off with a knife))) Next, we fix all the chips and scratches and we are assured that all this will be fixed. We pay half of the remaining amount, and they don't give us the check again))) The only thing I managed to get was a signature from the accountant that she accepted the money)))) A specialist came and tried to "rub out the chips," but of course almost nothing changed. We were promised to change all the bad windows. As a result, they came to us 7 times!!!Just think about it. Every time there were windows with a marriage!! That is, the company is not able to check its own windows in production, it's just terrible. We were able to get our normal windows only on 10.10.25 . For 1.5 months we were fed breakfast and "tried to solve the situation" while begging for the rest of the money. The contract stipulated % compensation for violation of the contract, as a result, when the husband went to pay off, he was only told, "You won't get anything, we TRIED TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.Considering that it was their problem, not ours. No compensation, no apologies, you won't get anything good by cooperating with this "company" by the middle of the process, manager Tatiana stopped communicating with us altogether, apparently it was a shame, and redirected us to another employee))))Without even notifying us about it. It's the worst service I've ever seen. Contract number 100/25
