I managed to sign up for classes 3 times, and that's because the administrator said 2 times that he would check the time and call me back, but accordingly no one called back. As decent people, they came to classes in advance so that they could look around and fill out the necessary documents, but they were not allowed into the room and into the entrance, they told them to wait outside. On the phone, the administrator did not warn that they were allowed into the room 5 minutes before the start of classes. Standing outside in the wind is a dubious pleasure. Do not forget that classes are PAID, and the disgusting attitude is primarily towards children.

Unfortunately, I have to write to this branch, there is a branch in Alchevsk, but there is no way to write a review. A terrible speech therapist is a defectologist (if she can be called a specialist at all). I don't recommend it. It is unacceptable for a self-respecting organization to falsely inform customers according to the principle: "just come and pay". Money is not a pity, but not in this case.
