I am very pleased that I have never had the need or desire to seek veterinary help from other clinics. The choice in favor of "Seven Lives" was made back in 2018. When I became a dog owner for the first time, after a telephone consultation on the preparation and conduct of the vaccination procedure, it became clear to me that it was here that they were ready to patiently answer my questions and reasonably help me make difficult decisions, taking into account my position. And what many consider to be "siphoning money", on the contrary, emphasizes for me an attentive attitude to the health of a pet. None of the diagnostics performed were in vain.
I consider a big plus to be the complete preservation of information from analysis results to appointments in a common database for the entire branch network. Any doctor can use this data at the right time.
I am very pleased to have the opportunity to consult in the messenger at almost any reasonable time. In my opinion, for a conscious and responsible pet owner, this is the best factor of support and not indifference.

I want to thank the doctors of this clinic for their work.We were with the cat for a heart ultrasound and surgery. Special thanks to the doctor who did the ultrasound of the cat's heart, unfortunately I forgot her name and to the doctor Natalia Georgievna for the operation.Two weeks have passed since the operation, the seam is not visible, and the cat itself feels great from the first day.I also brought the cat twice for injections after the operation, the doctor gives injections so that the cat does not even feel.The clinic itself has a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere.I will definitely bring the kitty only here!!!

Excellent clinic. Responsive and supportive doctors, pleasant administrators. They explain everything, help, and it's clear that people love what they do. There were no questions about competence, unlike doctors from other clinics.
