Цены выше среднего, однако качество на европейском уровне. В стоимость номера включен шведский стол на завтрак в богатой комплектации и бесплатное посещение сауны и бассейна до 23 часов (необходимо иметь плавки и тапки). Приятный интерьер и дружественный персонал. Выселялся в 6 утра не попадая на завтрак, когда уточнил насчёт этой проблемы у администратора - мне приготовили сухпаек. В номере платный минибар, чайник с парой бесплатных пакетиков чая-кофе, к сожалению нет микроволновки.
Достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

The hotel is located almost in the center of Grodno!!!, the rooms are not large but cozy, the staff is polite, courteous and responsive, there is a Parking lot next to the hotel. Very tasty dinners at the restaurant. I recommend.

Good afternoon. I want to leave a review about a wonderful cozy hotel. The visit to the hotel began with the fact that I was met, took a suitcase, the staff is very polite and friendly. They handed over the key to the room, told where to go, where everything is, how to call the reception. I went up to the room, helped to bring my suitcase) The room is clean, spacious, only positive emotions) The room rate also includes a buffet breakfast, the variety of dishes is impressive, and most importantly, everything is very tasty. Separately, I will note the restaurant where breakfast was served, how cozy it is there.
I definitely recommend you to visit, I will come back to you more than once!

Были в этом отеле в августе 2023г. с экскурсией «Белорусская кругосветка», организованная тур компанией Viapol.
Очень радушно приняли нашу большую компанию встретив с крепкими напитками и белорусским салом, в качестве угощения.
Гостиница очень чистая, персонал приветлив, помогли донести наши тяжелые чемоданы к номеру, за что особая благодарность.
В силу долгого пребывания в Беларуси и частой смены гостиниц, могу однозначно сказать, из четырех гостиниц - эта самая комфортная для проживания.

We had a rest in Grodno for the second time from April 27 to April 29. This is the second visit to this city. We visited the Semashko Apart Hotel for the first time on New Year's Eve in 2023. The hotel deserves respect and you want to return to it. The Semashko Hotel on Antonov Street certainly disappointed. The hotel offers 2-bed twin accommodation: a bed plus a sofa, without preparing a full-fledged sleeping place (lack of a mattress, put a mattress pad on the sofa, sleeping is hard and uncomfortable), at a room cost of 260 Belarusian rubles per night. I strongly recommend that the owners of the hotel still think about the appropriate price and quality.

Cons- there was no heated towel rail in room 50, I had to wipe myself wet, the fan in the bathroom did not work, the floors in the room were on three levels, I had to constantly look at the wall so as not to stumble. The room is located on the roof. The breakfasts are disgusting, the sauna complex did not work, but they took a fee for it. The tea station was located on the bedside table. The room does not correspond to the junior suite class. The administrator Margarita did not react to the comments that were revealed. The room was not cleaned in our absence.

A normal hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Good sound insulation.
Breakfast is a buffet.
There is parking inside the hotel, but it is small. It's hard to get stuck on the outside, but I've always been able to.
I would like it to be cheaper, but in principle the cost is adequate.
The only thing is, the hotel is already old and a certain fatigue is visible.

В целом отель не плох!
Плюсы-хорошие номера, в меру просторные, завтраки то же очень понравились-повар супер-все очень вкусно готовит (выбор не огромный, но в целом все есть!), вежливый и внимательный персонал, самый главный плюс-сауна! Это было ОЧЕНЬ здорово! Хорошая парилка, бассейн, чай травяной! Что еще надо для счастья) один минус бани-не работает в выходные((((
Из минусов (но я эти минусы отношу к придиркам)-место расположения (мы были на ул. Антонова) не самый центр! Внутри отеля странная «логистика»))) стоянка для авто ОЧЕНЬ тесная…
Мой вывод-отличный отель! Очень рад что попал в него! Если вы не боитесь расстояния до центра в 15 минут ходьбы, то вам сюда!
Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!!!

And such a nuance: toilet paper suddenly ran out. A clear conclusion for me is that the room service is clearly lame, and this is sad. Because otherwise, it's pretty good.

Отличный отель. Отличный персонал. Удобное местоположение. Хороший завтрак. Есть понятие "комплексный обед".
Номер просторный.халаты,тапочки,фен присутствуют. Вцену включен спацентр. Сауна, бассейн,тренажёры. Рекомендую.

В принципе хороший отель, очень вкусный завтрак, замечательный персонал. Быстро расселили группу, угостили рюмочкой настойки за встречу, помогли с багажом. Одна проблема - во всех номерах двуспальная кровать и раскладывающийся диван. Кровать отличная, а на диване спать невозможно, очень жёсткий. В результате я выспалась, а подруга с дивана встала с больной спиной.

I didn't like the service. The receptionist, Tatiana, said that breakfast is from 07-10, the restaurant said until 11. They didn't say on the phone that the pool is not working, that the restaurant only has breakfast, you can't have lunch and dinner-it doesn't work. Slippers in an ordinary room were said not to be provided and did not even offer a purchase option, but responded emotionally. Everything else is fine.

A wonderful hotel with excellent Customer service. We helped with booking a room when I didn't have time to book another day (I extended the pleasure, although I wasn't going to :)) I forgot my things - a tripod for shooting - so they called and got through the third time and told me that they could pick it up! Breakfast is included, the room is very cozy, in the evening the sauna is just a fairy tale!! Thank you) I will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, there is a swimming pool with a steam room. Delicious breakfast. The room is large with an arched window on the top floor. The only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator and it's too heavy to carry a suitcase up the stairs to the 5th floor :)) But despite this, I liked the hotel and if we are in Grodno, we will definitely stay in it again.

The declared sauna did not work - they said that on weekends they had sanitary days, the windows faced the wall of another building closely, everything can be clearly seen through the windows what is happening in the room in another building, since the wall is almost close. When I went into the room, unused shampoo was lying on the floor, toilet paper was missing altogether, hot, provided. I asked the reception where it was better to go for a snack, and they sent me to a teenager's cafe in your glove factory, it seems to be called "On the Right". Today, the children were sitting and there were sandwiches on the menu. As if I were 44 and it is clear that I would have sat in a more presentable place

Уютная гостиница, мы приезжали в составе большой группы, и даже показалось, что нам искренне рады, даже приготовили для нас приветственные бутерброды. Были одну ночь всего, но впечатление приятное осталось. Швецкий стол на завтрак, разнообразно и вкусно было. Чисто, хорошо, послевкусие осталось хорошее. Звезду одну убрал, потому что в перечне бесплатных услуг значится баня, которая не работает в сб и вскр почему-то, и оказалось не работает вообще. Но в целом рекомендую гостиницу)

Останавливаемся здесь уже второй раз. Отличное расположение, до Советской площади совсем недолгая прогулка. Номера чистые, персонал вежливый. Сытные завтраки, есть своя небольшая закрытая парковка. Мы довольны, что выбрали этот отель во время посещения Гродно.
