A super hotel. The location, the atmosphere, the staff, everything is fine. There is parking, a restaurant, and various accommodation options. We really liked it!!! Especially that the kitchen in the room was fully equipped.

Все неплохо: расположение в центре города, до достопримечательностей рядом, персонал искуственно вежлив, есть своя парковка, номер большой, есть кухонная зона, спальная зона и зона для просмотра телевизора. Минусы: номер с видом на тюрьму, паркинг маленький, в ванной комнате отсутсвует вентилятор, в номере есть кухня и посуда, но почему-то нет сковороды. Слушать лай тюремных собак и наблюдать передвижение надзирателей - слабое удовольствие. На ресепшене пафосный рассказ о нормах поведения в отеле поразил своей глупостью, дама с умным видом рассказывала аборигенам из Африки, что нельзя курить в номере и т.д. К сети отеля удалось подключить только один телефон, на второй код так и не пришел, и попытки подключения закончились, сервис предложил подключиться через неделю :). Ноутбук не подключился, хорошо, что заранее купили симку с инетом. Доводчик дверцы шкафа, где стоит холодильник сломан, чтобы попасть в холодильник нужно сначала открыть дверцу, где стоит мусорная корзина. В душевой лейка типа Дождь забита грязью, при включениии под напором воды чуть не слетела с крепления, помылись используя обычную лейку (поставьте фильтры тонкой очистки и решите проблему). Вывод: понтов много, но все они дешевые и рассчитаны на местных крестьян из деревень.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel, polite staff, order and cleanliness everywhere and in everything! We arrived at 11.30, we were settled without any problems! The furniture in the corridors is ornate, made to look like gilding!
The rooms are also very comfortable and tidy, our room has a double bed, a kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator. TV, wardrobe, safe, shared bathroom. I liked everything very much!!!

All the dishes are fresh and very tasty!!! Pleasant decoration of dining places, music playing in the background, in short, a very pleasant atmosphere!

The cleanest rooms. Bed linen, pillows and mattresses 5+.
Noise insulation is normal.
Breakfast for 3 because of the coffee.
Throw out that creepy machine, the coffee machine. And buy some good coffee.
The staff is very friendly, but they overdo it)
I really liked it!

Good afternoon! We are traveling by car through wonderful Belarus! ❤️, August 2024. Room 307, suite with balcony, view of the square and the church. The price for a room is 15,000 rubles per day. Because of this beautiful view and location, we chose this hotel. They were supposed to stop by for two days. There were 12-15 large spiders in the room.....!!!!!!!!they were everywhere... on the chandelier, on the curtains, on the couch..... air conditioning, in the bathroom, and..... even on the bed linen, ON THE PILLOWS!!!!!!! I attach the photo, I was confused and scared, my daughter was crying ...... there are no mosquito nets on the windows- outside the windows, there are a lot of spiders on the street ... the saddest thing is that the hotel staff even laughed at us....!!!!! And they didn't offer to move to another room, or do anything at all, until I just insisted on it myself...! The WORST THING is that in another room, which I insisted on, and not offered by the administrator, of the same category, when entering the room, together with 2 hotel staff, we also saw a lot of spiders... a curtain!! The receptionist at the reception is indifferent, indifferent to the guests. I can't understand - HOW CAN I NOT SEE COBWEBS ON CHANDELIERS, CURTAINS, AND NOT SEE SPIDERS WHEN CLEANING ROOMS????!!!!! Simply, the owners -install mosquito nets on the windows.
The result: 10 pm, we, tired from the road, with the terrible emotions we received, AND FROM THE SPIDERS IN THE ROOM AND FROM THE INDIFFERENCE AND DISREGARD OF THE STAFF, are looking for another place to stay.

To be honest, I can't imagine what else you can put in addition to an excellent grade. Except that it's great with a plus! A chic hotel, the historical center and the building itself. Restoration and repair - amazingly executed. The rooms are all new, clean, the mattress is very comfortable, the room has absolutely everything you need, thought out to the smallest detail. Tea, coffee, bathroom kits, drinking water, everything is updated daily. Good internet connection. Delicious varied breakfasts. Wonderful, attentive staff. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay. The hotel is so good that I would put 10 stars, although 5 are available))) The hotel has different rooms, you can book in the historical part of the building, or you can book in the modern one. We had room 306, with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dressing room and a bathroom. All rooms are beautifully decorated, each room has a plasma TV, elegant furniture, an equipped kitchen, comfortable double beds, and if necessary, you will be shot with a sofa in the living room. I've traveled a lot, but I've never seen such a large and comfortable room. There is an Ant restaurant at the hotel, where we had breakfast and went to brunch there, there is also a Lamb restaurant next to the modern part of the hotel, it is also delicious there.

One of the most expensive hotels in the very center. In general, it is not bad, but there are too many minor disadvantages. Therefore, the score is 4.
There is one chair in the double room (even if you want to drink tea in the evening, the second person will probably be sitting on the floor). There is one towel hook in the bathroom and one shelf in the shower (in fact, the bathroom is also not designed for a second guest). The shower cabin is large, but the rain shower head has not been cleaned for a very long time (we noticed this on the last evening and told the administrator in the morning) I hope the next guests will be able to use it.
Towels were changed every day and an iron was provided upon request. This is certainly good. There is a safe and air conditioning.
The breakfasts are quite modest, but in general there was a lot to choose from. The coffee was very bitter.

The hotel and the room are gorgeous. The entrance is pleasant, there is an elevator, the corridors smell great clean. Cleaning was done every day. I've read a lot of comments (thanks to those wonderful people who wrote about the prison and the barking of dogs and the fact that the clock at the church is striking every 15 minutes). We had a spacious room with two Windows, a view of the courtyard, reminded me of the roofs of Paris) quiet, bright, flooded with light in the evening. A bathtub with a window.
Now the cons:
Breakfast! Well, I'm sorry, but this is a maximum 3* level. Plastic tomatoes, bitter coffee, we both couldn't drink it. There is no baking, just cheap bread for toast. The omelet is ready-made, tasteless, and fresh can only be ordered on weekdays. Please work on the breakfasts, they give the impression that they wanted to save money on the guests. Made without a soul.

On the plus side: there were no rooms available for the required dates, but we were lucky to get on the waiting list. The room appeared - a standard apartment. The presence of an air conditioner.
Cons: breakfast has probably been fine since the opening, but if you come later, then be prepared for the fact that either there are no seats, or the tables are not cleaned after previous visitors. The food ends quickly, is supplemented slowly. There are not enough dishes. A clean plate or glass may have to wait. I suppose the air conditioner in the room is not designed for capacity per square meter. A little weak. There was a bag of dirty things from previous guests in the closet. Well, the most important Disadvantage: the double bed is indecently small in width. If I'm not mistaken, no more than 1 meter 40 cm. It is unlikely to be possible to get enough sleep if you are in the same bed. It's hard to sleep in two, if not to say otherwise. We also saved on a bedside table. There is only one bedside table on one side near the so-called double bed. On the other hand, only the floor. And all this at a normal price. It looks like Grodno will have problems with normal hotels for a long time. I think the price is too high. The lack of normal competition. The view of prison number 1 in Grodno did not upset me. I'm used to it at work. My subjective opinion is that it does not pull at the status it claims.

Important! Do not confuse two hotels that have similar names: the Semashko Hotel and the Semashko apart-hotel. Focus on the address!
We lived in the Semashko apart-hotel with a great location - the hotel overlooks the central square of Grodno. We were checked in before check-in time, for which we are very grateful. The hotel is very beautiful, atmospheric, people who are not indifferent to the history of Grodno worked on its creation. Excellent junior suite: two rooms, air conditioning, bath and shower. There are all the necessary little things in the room. The breakfast buffet is very tasty (be sure to try pancakes with chicken, porridge as in childhood and pancakes with various jams).
I didn't want to leave, we plan to return!

An excellent hotel with a sufficient selection of many things necessary for a traveler in Belarus. Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet. Location in the historical center of the city, its own Parking. The room (business standard) is large and bright, sound insulation is good, no loud refrigerators and water noise from neighbors. If anything is heard, it is the knocking of doors from the common corridor, but this is nothing. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean, it is comfortable to sleep. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories, the water pressure is perfect. The buffet breakfast is quite tasty and satisfying (although everything here depends on taste preferences and the amount consumed by each guest). We had enough and liked everything.

Замечательный отель! Очень понравился! Гостеприимные сотрудники. Красивые и большие номера. Очень чисто. Есть лифт, с чемоданом подниматься удобно. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные! Расположение отеля лучше не придумаешь. В самом центре, удобно пешком дойти до любой достопримечательности. Как выходишь из отеля, слева сразу видишь костела Св. Франциска Ксаверия. Сам отель тоже находится в историческом здании - дом купца Муравьева XIX век.
Мы уезжали очень рано. Нам собрали ланч-бокс с отличным завтраком. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство!! ☺️ Процветания Вашему отелю и прекрасному городу! ☀️

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. There is a parking lot.
We rented a junior suite for 2 nights. The impressions were only positive. The room is spacious with high ceilings. There is a TV, air conditioning and a kettle. Among the disadvantages - the cheapest tea and coffee bags in the room; extraneous sounds from the air conditioner in the middle of the night. The breakfast is a buffet with not a very large selection of food, but you can find something to taste.
The staff is friendly.

Отель новый, здание красивое, парковка машин на 10-ть во дворе , отель с хорошим ремонтом, лифтом, красивой мебелью, много картин-подушек-кресел в коридорах. Расположение отличное - сразу центр.
Но ,видимо, дизайнер из молодых и явно не думающий о функциональности и удобстве гостей отеля.
Про отсутствие вытяжки в ванной комнате уже многие гости написали. В душевой кабине держатель для маленькой ручной лейки расположен на высоте , удобной только высокому мужчине, а для меня с ростом 1,6 метра эту лейку пристроить была проблема - либо струя воды бьёт в угол, и соответственно вода протекает на пол, либо держи всё время лейку в руке. О том, что существует специальная штанга с двигающимся по высоте держателем душевой лейки, либо такой держатель крепится на трубку от верхней лейки типа "дождь", дизайнер отеля Семашко не знает.
Стол в апартаментах стеклянный на одной ноге из плетеной проволоки, неустойчивый и хрупкий. Если двое мужчин будут выпивать, то этот стол разбить - как нечего делать. Зачем это стекло в номере гостиницы ? Стол должен быть крепким и не травмоопасным и на 4-х ножках, а не на одной. А если чей-то ребенок толкнёт этот стол и разобьёт стекло? Да этим стеклом можно руку-ногу разрезать до кости. Это же общественное пространство, надо думать о безопасном использовании предметов мебели.
Телевизор с кровати не виден. А хотелось бы. Телевизор можно смотреть только с дивана. Неудобно.
Завтрак обычный. Ничего на заказ ( омлет или яичницу или блинчики) не делается. Голодным не будешь, но очень и очень посредственно.
И "вишенка на торте" - тюрьма на противоположной стороне дороги. Мы бы даже и не обратили бы внимание на этот факт , но тюремные собаки лают постоянно . И этих собак много и голоса у них громкие. А потом "на сцену" вышли надзиратели - они по крыше тюрьмы в светлое время суток туда-сюда постоянно перемещаются. Сразу начинаешь думать о "тщетности бытия".
Стоимость апартаментов на 2 человека в августе 2023 года - 290 BYN.

Прекрасное тихое,красивое место. Замечательный персонал. Отличная кухня. Хорошая звукоизоляция, удобные БОЛЬШИЕ кровати).

Парковка бесплатная и удобная на территории отеля.

Отель Семашко и ресторан Муравьев ( на первом этаже и относится к отелю) несомненно самое выгодное комбо Гродно. Приехали семьей с двумя детьми на выходные. Семейный номер - отлично: все есть, чисто, мебель не убитая, полотенца, халаты, душевые принадлежности - все достойно за свои деньги. Завтраки хорошие. Главное, внизу находится прекрасный ресторан Муравьев, который смело можно назвать семейным. Там удивительно вежливые официанты, бармен который приготовит ваш любимый коктейль даже если его нет в барной карте (в нашем случае это был Clover Club, и приготовлен он был весьма недурно), детское меню, по выходным бранчи, по будням вкуснейшие ланчи, уютный летний дворик. Еще в этом же комплексе есть распиаренный lounge cafe Барашка, но нам там не зашло вообще ни по еде ни по сервису, так что то заведение можно отнести к категории “как повезет”
По мне так Семашко - лучший выбор в центре Гродно в минутной доступности от всех ключевых достопримечательностей города.

It was not very cool when checking in. The room was not ready at the time of check-in.. It's strange, you must admit. You pay for a room for a certain time, come for a few days and suddenly "take a walk, the room is not ready." And parking is difficult to say the least. On a motorcycle.. yes.. But in a big jeep, every day to a new place… At least I didn't travel by minibus.. Everything else is FINE. A solid four!

I still didn't understand who engaged whom, but it didn't prevent me from falling asleep.
