Практически все помещения в аренде, но бывает выстреливает вариант ( магазин, офис или гараж). Хорошее месторасположение, нормальный ремонт, парковка, есть павильон быстрого питания, автосервис и прочие конторки. Недорогая аренда. Сейчас кажется собственники продают его недорого
