The staff is polite. But the audibility is high, the door is wooden and through it you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. The rooms have old furniture, it smells like bleach in a hospital (but there is confidence that cleanliness is being monitored). I cannot give a low rating to this hotel, as the prices are appropriate! This is a cheap hotel for Ust-Kamenogorsk. It is worth considering at once that for 7000 tenge you will not be provided with a room with European renovation and some additional services. Cheap, repairs and furniture match the price. It's pointless to find fault. If you come for a week, then you can tolerate it - you get significant savings, given that for 7000 tenge they give you a full-fledged room with its own bathroom.

The hotel is from Soviet times, but it is maintained in order. Clean, cozy, inexpensive.
