I visited the bus station at 167 Chokan Valikhanov St. and encountered several problems. Illegal taxi drivers are operating on the street, which create real inconvenience for passengers. Prices for all destinations are overpriced, and this, of course, is not encouraging.
In addition, the entire road to the pocket is closed, and there is nowhere to park, which creates additional difficulties. Overall, the impression of the bus station leaves much to be desired. I hope that the situation will improve in the future, and the station will be more comfortable and safe for all passengers.

The bus to bazhenovo ( Pazik) and to shulbins (Ikarus) .The nature of the village was very good - in the middle of the Irtysh, you will not see a grove, grass, barren land. In 2001, my sister went to the city, and then we went to the bus station.

On a day off (06/17/2023), one ticket office was open and therefore there was a long queue. And this is not the best indicator. Moreover, it's hot outside and the hall is stuffy.
Although, thanks to the professional work of the cashier, the queue moved quite quickly. The cashier herself is very polite. I answered any question. She calmly explained and clarified everything.

Inside the ticket office, there are places for those waiting. There is a cafe. The building is clean, floors are constantly washed, garbage is removed if there is any. A 20-minute walk right down the road is the Kaspi Bank branch, near the ATMs of the National Bank, there is a bazaar behind the fence. You can always find out the departure time and ticket price. The cashiers explain everything in an accessible and polite way. There is a railway ticket office. There's a toilet on the street corner, and it's clean.
