We always went to Master Veronica, there were never any problems.I'm taking two kids to this barbershop.This is the third time I've been shocked....I brought the child to the time, but alas, the master was changed.A girl came out who is obviously afraid to cut children's hair.I asked where our master was, they told me that a woman would come for coloring, and they changed the master for us.I call the director, to which they tell me that this is normal, and no one warns them that there will be another master.The attitude towards clients is boorish.Twice I came with the child on time, and twice there were two of us, at the same time.I asked for a complaint book, but it's not there.It is a pity that the administration treats customers rudely, does not know how to communicate on the phone, does not know how to solve the problem.One plus is that Master Veronica is a very experienced craftsman!!!! She's the only reason we come here.The barbershop administration, do not change the master, or is there a difference between a child and a woman!!!???
