I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! I've never seen such lawlessness as in a Crumb! Patients are not taken care of here at all.
Terminals for payment for reception are not working! They demand cash at the reception. Tax service, please pay attention to this!
I came after the band surgery to show the child to the doctor. I came to pay: my bank is working fine, I'm ready to pay via QR and I don't have any cash. The receptionist says: go look for cash at someone's clinic. Seriously? As a client, should I go begging for money at the hospital when my child is left in the doctor's office? I offered to transfer money to the girls so that they could send it as soon as the terminal was working, but they refused. The doctor got into the situation, I sent it to her directly, and then she will pay for me. Although this is not a doctor's problem at all, administrative issues should not concern her. But unfortunately, the administration of the Crumbs does not want to do their job. The receptionist sat next to me when my payment was not accepted and blinked.

They have a terrible mess in the waiting room. They say to come in the order of the queue and at the same time sign up others. You come and sit for hours, skipping people who came by appointment! The administrator is a full "0". It was impossible to really explain anything to her, she just sat there and made excuses that it wasn't their fault and that she had to make an appointment in advance (she blamed me) and said it in a raised tone, in short, she doesn't know how to handle clients. And anyway, why take the money then, knowing in advance that I didn't sign up?! Apparently it's convenient because it makes more money drip. I'm not at all happy with how they work in the reception area.

We went to see a dermatologist. The 11-month-old son's appointment lasted only two minutes. The doctor misdiagnosed her appointment. It did not help. The spot on her face was getting bigger. It turns out that 800 som were given away just like that. Then we were advised by a pediatric dermatologist, Holda Drosso, who works at a state hospital. The result on the face it's been ten days, there's practically nothing left on the face. I do not recommend a dermatologist in this clinic. As it is, we are registered there and our pediatrician is just a top dermatologist.
