Beautiful interior! Spacious and bright rooms!! A very nice receptionist! Master Nella is just a Master with a capital letter! Manicure, pedicure - 150%))) and a very comfortable pedicure chair!

A review of a visit to the salon "Family Tradition" on December 31, 2022 at 15 o'clock.
A month and a half ago, I came to the salon to get a pedicure.
The salon administrator informed that an appointment was open for December and you can choose the master and the time of visiting the salon.
I said that it would be convenient for me to do the styling at Svetlana's master at 3 p.m. on December 31, 2022.
The administrator assured that she had made the appropriate entry.
Svetlana is a master who knows the peculiarities of my hair, my preferences, and the initiative to add a "highlight" to my image always inspires confidence in her skill on my part. I also know the time it takes Svetlana to style my hair, which is important for planning her daily schedule. Therefore, I decided to make an appointment with her.
On December 30, when I visited the hair coloring salon, the administrator informed me that another master would do the styling on December 31, 2022.
I was not warned in advance that it was planned to change the master, despite the availability of an appointment.
It is extremely difficult to find a free "window" in other salons on the eve of the New Year.
As a result:
1) It took much more time for styling than the master, who knows my hair and its features, spent;
2) The styling turned out to be with straight hair, and not slightly curled, as agreed.
3) My plans are thwarted, and the mood on the eve of the holiday is spoiled
After the New Year, I reported my comments to the administrator in order to indicate that if they inform customers in advance about the replacement of the master, the quality of service will increase and there will be fewer dissatisfied customers.
To this, the administrator (she is also the director) rudely said that I had not signed up for the master, and I express my indignation, in their opinion, because I did not celebrate the New Year well. She also threatened that if I dared to post a review about the real quality of the salon's services, she would drag me through the courts.
Whether it is worth visiting the Family Tradition salon with such an attitude towards customers, draw your own conclusions.

I always try to turn to the same master: Anna. In terms of haircuts and coloring, we have a full connection with her. Everything is done at the proper level, and always. A couple of times another girl did the coloring, too, everything went without complaints. Such polite service is extremely rare, the receptionist is just wonderful! I advise everyone. If someone is unlucky in terms of service, I will never believe that in this place they did not meet you halfway and did not try to fix the shortcomings. As for the inflated prices (I'm talking about the reviews I've read), then count at least once all the expenses of this facility in the center of Minsk, such as rent, salaries and much more, perhaps this price list is much lower than it should be.))

The manicure of Galina's master is simply disgusting. I gave the master a chance three times, and the manicure got worse each time. The extreme manicure and rudeness of the salon director became the last straw, which prompted me to leave a review.
I've been doing gel strengthening with a long-term coating for more than 10 years, so I know what I'm talking about and have something to compare it with. One of the works of the "master" was simply shocked: all the nails were of different lengths, different shapes, not painted at the edges, and the last time, the next day after the manicure, a bubble appeared on the thumb, and as a result a hole was formed in the coating. On the fourth day, it began to peel off and climb the coating, after which I signed up at the salon to fix everything (because it happened on the eve of my birthday). At the appointed time, when I came to the salon, I met with the rudeness of director Tamara and received accusations that the coating had peeled off through my fault, offered to go fix their work in another salon, frankly escorting me out and praising my miracle master and "super" materials. Having come there in a good mood on my birthday with a clear intention to pay for services, and not to demand compensation for poorly done work, because a celebration was planned for the evening, I received a lot of negative emotions and a mood spoiled for several days. I do not advise anyone to use the services of this "salon", because incompetent employees and rude administration work. Therefore, draw your own conclusions whether you need such "traditions"...

In December 2019, I had a pedicure with Anastasia. Nightmare. I have been doing this procedure regularly all year round for many years. It was this so-called master who saw a bunch of problems and, without telling me, began to fix them. Even when I said to stop because it hurts, I tried to continue. She has already done everything she could for me. Therefore, only the thumb on one foot was injured. I used to be served by a master with the same name. Why they didn't tell me at the recording that the master was different is a question. Then there was treatment with a surgeon, passing all kinds of tests, etc. On March street, the thumbnail continues to hurt and bring discomfort. The second question is, even if the "master" discovered the problem, why didn't she discuss it with me and immediately started doing deeply invasive manipulations? Is she a doctor?! My finger had never hurt or bothered me before this unfortunate pedicure!
And - the cherry on the cake, from the hostess of the salon, after she found out about the problem, no apologies, nothing! I was serviced by them, and not only a pedicure, I always paid the money on the bill without any problems, they know my phone perfectly well - and silence! And this despite the fact that I did not demand any compensation.
I do not advise anyone to go there because of the so-called masters and the attitude towards regular customers. After all, it is always easier to meet at the entrance and offer coffee than to solve the problem.
