Very convenient location of the mini-hotel. Everything is nearby, shops, pharmacy, canteen. The sea is 5 minutes away. The beach is pebbly, there are paid sun beds on the beach. The room is nice, spacious, and clean. Towels and bed linen are also clean. Everything is in the room, refrigerator, TV, kettle, hairdryer. Everything is working. One small nuance is that the hotel is located in the courtyard of residential buildings and there is no barbecue area or any kind of recreation area. It turned out to be not critical for us, but it may be a big disadvantage for someone.

You can especially highlight the location, across the street there is a central embankment, a Ferris wheel. We stayed at the hotel in early October. The room for two is very spacious, comfortable, and the main thing for us is clean. In front of our entrance, the room was cleaned, there was a smell of chlorine. The bed is clean, the bathroom is clean. The rooms are freshly renovated, free of odors and mold. A good mattress and pillows. Towels for all visitors of 2 pcs. The kettle, refrigerator, TV and air conditioning are working properly. Large parking lot in front of the hotel for cars. Really walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes. Of the minuses- for a week of cleaning, changing clothes, taking out garbage-nothing. For self-cleaning, there is a mop and a rag in the bathroom. There are no dishes in the room, only in the shared kitchen, if you have time to take it. The communal kitchen itself is not very pretty, compared to the rooms, it is simply sheathed in OSB.
