A wonderful hotel! Very sincere. A comfortable room with a nice balcony and a view of the garden in the courtyard of the hotel. A good, varied breakfast. And the staff's very, very warm-hearted attitude, especially towards children! Five points!! I recommend it!

A very pleasant hotel with homemade breakfasts. It is located in the center of Tbilisi, while on a quiet street.
There are all amenities: refrigerator, kettle, clothes dryer, washing machine, microwave oven.
The staff is the most friendly in all of Georgia!!!

Positive: good location. There is no noise from the street. When they complained about the dust and puddle, they reacted quickly and cleaned everything up.
Minuses:
The room is very tired. It doesn't match the photos. It may be different in other rooms.
Dirty: there is dust on the ceiling in the room, chewing gum under the bed, cleaning is superficial. The white socks turned black on the first evening. Cleaning during the stay is only on request
Bathroom: not comfortable, there are not enough shelves, hooks in the shower, it is not convenient to take towels and bathrobes. But most importantly: the shower door does not close tightly and flows to the floor in a puddle! There is no towel rail either.
Fitness: a treadmill, a pair of bicycles and two yoga mats. That is all.
There are two cards for three guests to enter the room.

A wonderful small quiet hotel in the center of Tbilisi on a quiet street. Supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and a park are not far away.
Special thanks to the wonderful friendly, not indifferent staff. They always go to meet the client, create a homely, non-stressful atmosphere for the guest. We arrived with a child who was very ill the day before, and received maximum support.
A delicious varied breakfast. The rooms are clean, cozy, the renovation is fresh, cleaning is regular. You can wash dirty laundry for free.

It's cold in the hotel, the air conditioner works like a tractor on takeoff. Cleaning on very big holidays, if you kick the reception for a long time and tediously. Breakfast... Well, he is. The coffee is disgusting.
