I will try to be as objective as possible. Wonderful nature, fresh air, beautiful well-groomed territory and has its own access to the lake. The lake is large and very clean, surrounded by trees. There is a small pier with sun loungers, there are also boats and a catamaran (all included in the price) and guests can use it. We rented a luxury room and it's 1/2 or 1/4 of the house a little unclear! The room turns out to be two-storeyed, on the 1st floor there is a living room, and on the second floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom. There is Wi-Fi in the house (unfortunately, I "did not finish" up to the 2nd floor). In the month of August, I was very cold in the house, I could not stay there without a sweater or jacket, it was also problematic to wash the child, after a shower I warmed him with a hairdryer. Breakfast is offered according to the buffet system, but in fact it is preheated semi-finished products! I had to go to Vitebsk to eat and buy groceries in the Crown. In general, I recommend this place to everyone as a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were passing through Vitebsk, decided to stop outside the city, it was free in the Silver Spring, and went there. I was bribed by nature, buildings, territory and the lake. We knew that the pool and sauna were not working. We didn't swim in the lake because of the bad weather. The room is spacious, clean, and there is a refrigerator. Sauna for an additional fee.cost. The breakfast is very modest, with almost no choice, there is no coffee machine. The cost of the room is not small, I think it is too high, I would like for such a price, due to the non-working sauna and pool, at least a delicious and varied breakfast.

We rested at the base in July 2023 with a family, with two young children, and lived in a two-story room-house. It feels like prices are very high, which do not meet the quality of services. You need to pay extra for everything, even for a barbecue at home. I'll start with the cons: this is nutrition. Expensive and tasteless, breakfasts were included, they are very meager, porridge, cheese sausage, the cheapest, tomatoes, cucumbers, frozen pancakes, tea, it seems everything) for lunch and dinner you could order in advance from the menu, but in fact in a cafe we were told what to eat, and there was either fried fish, or chicken, also fried or baked, everything is very greasy and tasteless, they always brought a plate of stale bread, we did not eat it, as a result, we were counted in the check at the end, for all the days. The only normal food was soup, but it was not cheap for such a quality. We lived for 5 days, the food came out at a price as if we were eating in a restaurant, but in the end it was tasteless and it was difficult to feed the children( The base itself is located 20 km from Vitebsk and it is problematic to travel every time for lunch and dinner. There is no store nearby, only a gas station. Therefore, if nothing is solved with the food, I strongly do not recommend going there! The houses have barbecues, but you can't use them! Only for an additional fee each time, despite the fact that we also paid a lot for the house itself (prices were above the average for such a level of bases, we were in the Moscow region a month before for the same money, but full meals were included)As a result, they discouraged all desire to roast something. The pool is icy and the sauna is for an additional fee, we did not go. One catamaran is very old and rusty, but it rides, we took it 2 times, there are bicycles, they were also taken, they were at least included in the price of our room. Otherwise, everything is fine at the base, the houses are comfortable, clean, there is cleaning, the place is picturesque, the lake is clean. Peace and quiet, if someone goes for them, is provided here
