I think the downside is that if you leave the entrance group, you won't go back in, the guards won't let you in. I understand security and all that, but there are many different situations and, in my opinion, it is UNTHINKABLE not to let a client who has just left a lot of money back in. I hope no one else will take me here. Even the splendor of the cuisine, service and evening program does not cover up the boorish-redneck communication of the guards. I'm sorry, but yes, your guards are a fly in the ointment, spoiling the whole impression.
