Intern Roman has ruined any good opinion about the salon. He is very irresponsible to his work, he does not appreciate the potential customer base. The client was already near the salon, but Roman decided to report his "embarrassment" and cancel the recording, but when he heard that his career reputation might be shaken, he immediately started talking about a taxi. What I can say is that I will not go to nkm for the procedure because of the principle, since it will be just unpleasant for me to sit next to him for 3-4 hours, knowing his attitude towards clients. I ask the management to be more attentive to such interns so as not to ruin the reputation of their salon in the future. Thank you for your understanding and hope for any feedback.

It's not the first time I've visited Serebro beauty, and I always come out happy and in a good mood, despite the fact that the masters have changed. I want to single out Master Vlad, a very intelligent and pleasant guy who knows a lot about his work.
Denis is also an intern, the guy is currently interning, but it is clear that success and future professionalism are in his hands.
As well as the staff service at the entrance is very pleasant, friendly and responsive.
I will try to visit more often and I will not be ashamed to give 5 stars!!

Daria is a wonderful craftsman with golden handles, always interested in wishes and comfort, at the end of the procedure she offers coffee.
