Smoking is everywhere in this hotel, everywhere and always (in the restaurant, at events, in the children's pool, next to the children). We moved into a room above transformers, fans, etc., plus a unloading and delivery area - we didn't sleep for 3 nights. With a scandal and with the help of a guide, they were moved to the other side - above the ventilation system. 😵‍💫 In the room, when the hair dryer was turned on, the light turned off, the wall lamp turned on in the evening, and again there was no light, only in the toilet, and that's how we lived until the end of the rest (the sockets worked). Among the advantages: food, tasty, varied, there is boiled rice, potatoes.mashed potatoes, fruits (apples, watermelons, grapefruit, oranges, bananas, pears), seafood several times, fish every day. The animation is very weak, considering that the hotel has a European bent - karaoke in German. Children's room: minidisko - the same thing every day. They distributed T-shirts , which were colored by children in the afternoon for 15 rubles. And who hasn't painted: We stood and watched. This is not an all-inclusive hotel: safe deposit box, internet, entertainment for children - all for a fee. Included: accommodation, meals and bathing, pay money for everything else. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, and there is a minibus every 10-15 minutes. The beach is super, sandy, gently sloping, and there is a bar with food right on the beach. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach and near the pools. Slides- 5 slides, the lifeguard strictly watches and controls the safety. 4 pools+ 1 for kids. There is an embankment with a promenade not far from the hotel and you can walk to the ancient city in 1 hour. Overall: Side, I really liked it, we will definitely return to this hotel.

It's a plus for me) The shore and the sea are clean, the beach bar is excellent) Animation is not very good, we don't need it) there are a lot of shops and bazaars nearby) we went out in the evening for a walk) The staff is not Russian-speaking. There are no Russians ) we were alone) mostly Ukrainians, Germans, Poles, Turks. It was interesting for us to talk with people from other countries) there were always enough sun beds both after and around the pool.the rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The refrigerator was refilled with and without gas water every day. We had a good rest, there are a lot of kittens on the territory, for the joy of the children) They probably would have come back again. P.S. there was no Coxsackie virus, they don't even know about it. 😆

There are several pools, slides, and a wave on the territory. Ice cream is served by the pool at 17:00. You can walk to the beach, 10 minutes, clean, sandy.
