A nice hotel located right in the Berezinsky Nature Reserve. We had a two-room room, clean, well renovated. The hotel has a good restaurant. There is a complex meal, but it is better to order according to the menu. There is also a bar. It is convenient to stay at the hotel during transit. Or come for a few days. The reserve offers various educational programs: a museum, a zoo, ecotropics, etc. Prices are reasonable. For two days of accommodation with breakfast for three, we paid about 9.6 thousand Russian rubles.

An interesting place, you can come several times. The hotel itself is average, but fully adequate to the cost. The room was very clean, fresh linen. There is a hairdryer, a kettle, cups, a very small refrigerator. Air conditioning, it also works for heating. It was not enough that there is a kettle, but there is no water and at least a couple of tea bags. There is water, but it is mineral, I did not notice and poured it into the kettle. The taste turned out to be specific. Also, in the cold season, we did not have enough extra blankets. Meals for four. The restaurant is one name. The level of nutrition is like in a good dining room, but the assortment is smaller. The menu is customized, you need to choose from several dishes (two, three salads, two soups, 3 hot dishes and a couple of side dishes) Breakfast - a choice of 4 complexes. The power time should be specified (perhaps not always). The cost, on the one hand, is inexpensive, on the other expensive, for such a quality of food. There is a bar with alcoholic beverages. I recommend trying tinctures. Museums and trails only at certain times, check those all in the Museum of nature, which is near the hotel. Horseback rides, kayaks, long trails, etc.- check in advance and book before the trip. Museums can only be visited with a guide. If anyone wants to go fishing and mushroom picking, then you can get a permit at the hotel, for residents free of charge. In the dark, it's dark. There is no lighting, although the lights seem to be present. In general, the impression remains that everything is not bad and even good, but completed...... In general, I am satisfied with the visit, to be honest, I did not expect more. I definitely do not regret it and can recommend it.

Replace salads with sliced assorted sandwiches, and offer a drink of your choice (tea, compote, brewed coffee) - and the impression would be different. But, in January it was very cold in the room, we slept in our clothes, the batteries were cold and when asked why, the receptionist pointed to the heater under her feet. There is no service, you do not need to look for it here and wait, even the only entertainment is billiards for an hour 16.50₽. TV has three channels, the Internet does not load anything. Food, you'll be hungry! This restaurant is a complex of bread compote first and second for 22₽, this is the bottom. It's tasteless, it's long, half of the menu is missing. You can order breakfast at nine and wait an hour for it after time. We came for lunch, the dishes from breakfast are dirty on the table. A bar without coffee, cream, tea from a bag. I had only one question-how do they survive?! There will only be a round dance on the street at your service. No skis, no sleds, no food, nothing! Bottom, I don't recommend it to anyone! The nature is beautiful, but you can't even walk on the trail.

This cozy hotel is located in the middle of the forest in the Berezinsky Nature Reserve. Convenient access, private Parking. We rested in a room on the second floor (Deluxe double room with 1 bed). A clean, two-room room with an entrance hall with everything you need: in one room there is a small leather sofa, a table, a pair of chairs, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a TV, a refrigerator, a coffee table, a kettle, two tea sets. In the second room there is a chic soft double bed, a pair of bedside tables, a pair of poufs, snow-white linen and towels. The bathroom is combined with a shower cabin. The Windows overlook the forest, the silence is incredible. A large restaurant with a variety of food (game, meat, fish), breakfast is included in the price (there were 4 complexes to choose from: cheesecakes, scrambled eggs, porridge or dumplings + salad and tea for each dish). Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the menu and the table will be set for you at the time you specify. There is a bar with a good selection of alcoholic drinks and snacks. But you need to do something about coffee. ( There are several museums, eco-trails, a small playground, bicycle and ski rental on site. There is a small shop nearby: food, alcohol at a good price. Take a walk outside the territory and discover the forest zoo: the animals are in good conditions, each in his own personal "forest", grab bread for the deer, a funny moose and a majestic bison. And bears love oranges (did you know that they peel them before eating them?) :) Excursions, hiking or horseback riding can be arranged. And be sure to go to the museum of myths, our guide turned out to be a wonderful storyteller and a man with a great sense of humor. I also liked the Nature Museum very much.

On December 24-25, 2022, two families vacationed at the Serguch Group of Companies.... This is our 2nd trip to this place.... Nature, guides in museums-everything is fine....The performance with Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden near the Christmas Tree is also interesting.... but the whole impression of the holiday is spoiled by the service at the hotel, and especially by the food at the Restaurant... On December 24 and 25, the elevator was being repaired... a knock..the roar...from 9 a.m. to late at night... On all floors, closers do not work on the central doors-there is a rumble every time people open/close the doors... Cleaning for the Suites - well, so... for a C grade... some shelves had to be wiped themselves... But the food ..... the constant search for someone who can take the order... and never on time - this order was not made in two days.... with children, we had to constantly wait 30-40 minutes after the appointed time... The quality of the cooked food, frankly speaking, leaves us to expect the best... About drosophila flies on some of the dishes brought is a separate question... Imagine what's going on in the kitchen if they fly out into the hall.. Undercooked pancakes, cheesy cheesecakes, fresh cabbage salad-obviously not even trying to be "fresh" for a second day - all this discourages eating in this place, and there is not much else nearby...And the prices are very expensive for such a quality of food... Lunch for 2 adults and 2 children - almost 100 BEL. rub....I don't think so. that this whole situation is connected with a large workload during the holidays, on the first trip to the Restaurant service-everything was also slow...and it tastes mediocre.... We went to the Zoo…There are a lot of buses with tourists....Everyone comes out in disbelief... there's not much to see... two bears, a wild boar, a couple of wolves... and a roe deer.....where the rabbits live, it's just terribly not cleaned... it stinks so much that it's impossible to approach ... personally, we were ashamed in front of tourists from Latvia for all this.....
