We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights at the end of September 2024. To be honest, we are disappointed, although we are used to Spartan conditions. Positive: 1. Convenient location, close to the beach, lots of shops, bus stop and taxi. Both Bodrum and Bitez can be reached in 30 minutes on foot. 2. Beautiful courtyard area (see photo) Minuses: 1. Breakfast is meager. In recent days, there were only 2 types of cheese, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes and boiled eggs. Nothing else at all. It's even a shame to call it breakfast. Apparently, the calculation was that everyone would have breakfast in a cafe nearby ... 2. Very tired room stock. I.e. the TV is old (not flat, but with a kinescope), the absence of a refrigerator, broken overhead lighting, broken toilet drain (water dripped both inside and outside), lime and rust on faucet, mold in the shower. 3. There are a lot of bars and clubs nearby, so it's noisy until 4 a.m. 4. None of the employees knows or understands Russian 🤷♀️

The hotel is located near the beach in the Gumbet area, opposite the dolmushi and taxi stop. The hotel is cozy and clean. Everything was working in the room, there were few tourists in April. The usual Turkish breakfasts are quite satisfying. Tea and coffee are available all day. Please note that this is not an all-inclusive hotel, there is no need to wait for a fancy buffet breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful, they don't know Russian, English will help you or learn Turkish. I liked the hotel, the beach is 5 minutes away, its pool is gorgeous. I recommend it!!!

We stayed at the Serhan Hotel for a week, and here's what I'll tell you about it... The advantage of the hotel is the location a few minutes from the beach. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where a minibus to Bodrum (bus station) stops every hour. Payment in a minibus is exclusively contactless (card, phone, watch), the cost is 3.25 lira (33 rubles). The reception staff is wonderful, friendly, speak English. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby and by the pool, if you're lucky, you'll catch it on the balcony too)) There is no refrigerator in the room, or rather there is nothing in it except a hair dryer. I always take a small kettle with me, as well as an extension cord. The breakfasts are monotonous, but we liked everything for the money we paid)) For breakfast there was always an omelette, eggs, sausages, sausage, two kinds of cheese, cereals, cupcake, butter, bread, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes. You order coffee at the bar. The hotel itself is small, with simple and old furniture, but we never worry about it, we had a room overlooking the pool, there were no people in October, so no one bothered us))) The only thing for which I lower the rating of the hotel is that the rooms need to be cleaned, I do not find fault and never consider the "wallpaper in the rooms", but here the plumbing is really unpleasant, the curtains with some kind of stains and frankly with dirt. Nobody wipes the dust either, the windows are stained and dirty too. In general, if they did a general cleaning, then they would not have a price))) P. S. Nearby, on the next street, there are supermarkets, I will also recommend the Konya Nergiz Restaurant, it is located a ten-minute walk up the next street, the price tag for two has always been 1,000-1,200 rubles. maximum. In general, we were satisfied with our stay at the Serhan Hotel. If you are as unassuming tourists as we are, then I recommend this hotel)) Have a nice trip and open the borders as soon as possible!
