Moreover, payment is only by transfer and only by code! Well, if you buy grain, you can use a card through the Caspian terminal and a card from any bank. The administration then post an announcement that ready-made coffee can be bought either by transfer via the Caspian Sea or cash. And your information that card payments are not true. It was I who could not buy ready-made coffee using a non-Caspian bank card! That is, according to the law, you refused me a service and infringed on my rights as a consumer.
