There is a gate to the beach, and a passage through the neighboring bar, literally 30 meters, and you are on the beach. The hotel itself is super economy, the rooms are the same. If you realize in advance that you have bought a cheap hotel, then there will be no disappointment. Plumbing is working, there are no insects, cleaning was done three times in 9 days. And decent food will be a plus. Yes, there is a buffet with a modest assortment, but there is always something to eat. And there is always meat, and grilled vegetables all the time, eggs, cheese, in general, you will not starve to death. Of the fruits, only watermelon was given, but every day. The hotel staff is friendly, always trying to help, and there are Russian-speaking managers at the reception.

We stayed at this hotel from 08/04/25 to 08/13/25. We were satisfied with the rest. I got a room with a magnificent view of the sea, although the usual standard was booked. Cleaning and towel change was daily (except for one day, Sunday, in my opinion). The food for 3 stars is very decent and there are enough seats, there were no problems with that. There were no problems at all, it was a wonderful vacation. The rooms were old, but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was working well, and the refrigerator was too. The water was hot, shampoos and gels were changed. And, of course, the main advantage is the location. It takes 2 minutes to get to the sea through the gate. There is no private beach, and the sun beds from the cafe turned out to be quite expensive, but with this location of the hotel, you could lie on the sun beds by the pool. I have been writing my review while staying at the hotel for a week now. The location is excellent, close to the sea. It is a pity that the main entrance and exit to the beach are dirty, and cleaning is required. The hotel is located between the embankment and the central street.There is no security, the territory is open.There is a swimming pool, but it is useless because it has cold water that does not warm up. The hotel staff consists of young people who work in a relaxed manner. And there are a lot of cats in the dining room that jump on the tables, if you want to take food outside, it's better not to leave the table. The glasses are plastic or paper, we bought ourselves glass ones and used them all the time. Regarding the food, the food is monotonous, the bread is white, 3 times a day. The breakfast is English, but without croissants and bacon, butter happens sometimes. Main dishes, only chicken, different parts and types. Dinner is a little better, sometimes fish, no fruit, just watermelon or melon. For the rest of the pickles in the Migration, glasses, by the way, are also sold there and coffee. We got a room with two beds with a side sea view.The view from the balcony is very beautiful.The room is partially newly renovated.The room is small, the mattresses are comfortable, and I slept great. They cleaned badly, we had to throw out the trash ourselves, my husband wiped the floors with a towel, it's better not to look under the bed. There are trolleys on the floors where you can get everything you need: toilet paper, garbage bags. If you want peace and quiet, then this is definitely not the place for you, as loud music from discos until 2 a.m. is especially loud on weekends.We would close the door and fall asleep with earplugs.A towel for the beach is given once for the whole time.There is no stand in the shower for brushes and toothpaste, the sink is small. The result of the rest:the sea is excellent, the views of Marmaris are fascinating, our vacation was a success, we did not pay attention to the little things, we sunbathed, rested. We've been to different hotel categories many times, and we basically knew where we were going.We didn't expect anything from the hotel, probably not to come here again, but we explored the whole of Marmaris, which we are very happy with. p.s. by the way, there is a great public beach in Icmeler, we got there in 15 minutes by bus for 40 lira.There is a place to change clothes, an umbrella, a toilet.Buses run frequently and regularly.
