I am writing this comment from my daughter's account, I went to Serkan Cihaner Hairdresser by appointment and Nihat Göker took care of my transactions. I was quite satisfied with the naturalness and delicate workmanship of the process performed; his technical skills are really admirable. However, my overall service experience unfortunately fell well short of my expectations. First of all, I was kept waiting with wet hair for a long time in this place, which I preferred by relying on the emphasis on ”one-on-one service". Although I had an appointment, the service was interrupted halfway through my transaction due to taking care of other customers for about an hour. This situation negatively affected both my comfort and my overall satisfaction.
