Выполнение заявленных сроков ,точно не для этой фирмы, и хамское поведение работников. Забрали телевизор на диагностику и ремонт. Обещали диагностику в течении суток сделать. По итогу не сделали, не то что ремонт, за 18 дней, даже не провели диагностику. Не умеют разговаривать, никаких путей не предлагали для решения ситуации. Путаются в показаниях. Один говорит мы заказали деталь на ваш телевизор. Другой говорит еще не делали диагностику. Увезла в другой сервис. Диагностика в течении 2 часов сделана была. Ремонт 2 дня. При минимуме затрат и нервов.
