Since I bought my laptop, the hinges had been extremely stiff. Over time, this caused the case to crack, and pieces of plastic started falling off. They fixed everything in just one day—I'm very satisfied! The hinges were loosened and adjusted, and now it opens smoothly, almost like a MacBook. Perfect work!

The laptop battery swelled up. I reached out for help: they removed the battery, ordered a new one, and even cleaned the laptop within just a couple of hours on the same day. During a separate visit, they installed the new battery. I was extremely satisfied with the work: everything was done quickly, efficiently, and at a good price.

We contacted the service due to the rapid discharge of the laptop. The guys diagnosed it, it turned out that the battery was swollen. We ordered a new battery and replaced it very quickly. It turned out that the SSD memory on the computer was faulty, everything was replaced, cleaned and the old part was given to me. Everything is working fine now! Hello everyone I am very pleased with the repair of the Dell G5 SE laptop. Initially, I contacted another service closer to home, they could not even identify the problem and literally recommended "throwing away the laptop" as non-repairable. It's good that I suspected something was wrong and decided to find another service. Excellent service! I flooded my laptop with water on Saturday, and no one answered in Belgrade. Only this service in Novi Sad responded immediately and took the laptop to work even on a day off. Everything was fixed on Monday afternoon, and the laptop is working as before. They sent him back to Belgrade without any problems. I am very grateful for your efficiency and professionalism. I went to repair the laptop with an unusual problem-when plugging into the electricity the laptop started to produce a loud whistle and to charge with interruptions. After 5-10 minutes the sound was gone and the battery started to charge as usual. Taking into account the unusual problem and the rare brand – DEXP (a Chinese-Russian manufacturer without documentation for repair), the repair took nine days. Not fast, but expected in these circumstances. The repair cost RSD 5500 without cleaning from dust and replacing thermal paste. In my opinion – very convenient for a complex case. Due to lack of documentation, the guys could not give a guarantee on the repair itself, but they gave 1.5 months on the replaced adapter. I am writing this review after a week – during that time there was no sign of the problem returning. If the whistle starts again, I will update the review, but for now – I have no objections to the quality of the work. I also want to highlight the good communication of the employees in the service. ___________ Excellent service. There is no way to get rid of the problem - in the first place, you can get rid of the problem. 5-10 minutes sound is gone and batareya zaryazhalas as usual.
