Disgusting attitude towards his own regular customers, in particular from the manager of Caroline. In mid-June, we took a tour for 4 people to Georgia with paid PCR tests (almost $ 100). A couple of days later, the PCR was canceled, Caroline had to write almost every week asking for a refund, but 1.5 months have passed, no one there is still going to return anything. There were no apologies either. They will constantly make excuses, but the client needs fast and high-quality service, and not immersion in the internal problems of your office. They have no desire to book anything else 👎

I flew to Egypt through the Luxury Service. The budget was not big, but there was a great desire to relax for the first time. Manager Victoria picked up just an excellent tour in terms of price-quality ratio, because it was not easy. The rest met expectations and even more, compared to how much I paid, and I really didn't pay much. In general, the manager coped with a bang. I recommend contacting this travel agency!!

We would like to express our deep gratitude to Tatiana Belyavskaya for the impeccable organization of our vacations. We have been contacting Tatiana for more than 10 years (for about 4 years it has been a travel company "Service Suite"). Tatiana is always very attentive to the wishes, tells in great detail all the pros and, more importantly, the cons (if they exist, which helps to avoid disappointment and spoiled rest) of a particular hotel, the chosen destination, etc. If you have any questions on vacation, Tatiana is always in touch. We would like to say a special thank you to the management of Service Suite. In May 2018, our friends and I, unfortunately, had to cancel the already paid trip. Having applied to the company for termination of the contract, indicating the reason for the refusal of the trip, the company's management very promptly and in a short time returned the money 100%. Thanks again (albeit belatedly), prosperity and more customers!!!

I had experience ordering a New Year's tour to Egypt in this company, 45 days before departure, the cost of the tour was 2,770 Belarusian rubles per one. After 10 days, I asked him to cancel the tour, to which I was asked to write a statement, the statement was written a month before the start of the tour, after 25 days the manager asked me to re-write the statement, I asked what was wrong with that? The answer was it's old. As a result, it turned out that I wrote an application 5 days before the start of the tour, and they returned me 1950 Belarusian rubles, to the question why 800 rubles were not given. The answer is the actual losses of the tour operator, the question is what kind of losses? I cancelled the tour a month before the night of it. A good sketch from scratch, think about it before contacting this agency.

I would like to express my gratitude to the travel company "Service Suite". I first came across this company in the fall of 2016, when I was deciding with my husband where to relax in the winter of 2017, the choice fell on the "Service Suite", and we were not mistaken. I would like to note that the entire team, starting from the management and ending with all specialists, has not only high professionalism in their field, but also such human qualities as attentiveness, correctness, decency and honesty. We would like to express special gratitude to Profatilova Victoria, a tourism specialist, without whose participation I can no longer imagine my vacation, especially outside of Belarus. Victoria is so individually tailored to the wishes of each client that she gives each of us a piece of her soul and her heart. Twice, thanks to Victoria, we had a wonderful rest, the first time it was in Egypt (from 03.01.2017 to 14.01.2018), and the second time we went further away – to Vietnam (from 12/19/2017 to 12/29/2017). To be honest, I never thought that I would be able to get this far, but Victoria chose the tour so skillfully that we easily decided. A good hotel, a cozy room, a great location, decent food and all the other nuances that are negotiated individually - what else does a tourist need for a vacation?! And, what is also very important, Victoria pays great attention to such criteria as price-quality, it is simply amazing how this wonderful girl knows how to organize an amazing vacation for a reasonable price. Becoming a client of Victoria, you don't have to worry about anything, the holiday option will be chosen taking into account all your wishes, tickets are booked, the hotel is booked, the room is at your discretion, but if you are not flying from Minsk, then Victoria will even take care of the transfer. In conclusion, I would like to say once again a huge thank you to the travel company "Service Suite", and, of course, personally to Victoria! Good luck and prosperity to you!
