I would like to rate it higher. Because the masters always do their job perfectly - they answer questions, talk about possible scenarios and risks. But one of the administrators is just ignorant. He was not taught to say hello, he looks very busy, while communicating on personal topics on the phone. Upon request for repairs, it is denied that you need to sign up or wait a long time. At the same time, the master was ready to receive the car within 5 minutes. And this is not the first time this situation has occurred. So it's clearly a minus for the administrator. Thanks to the rest for the work.

Everything is on time, accurately and accurately. The amount and spare parts are agreed upon by phone, if necessary. The work is carried out within the agreed time frame. The price level is quite acceptable. The staff is very polite and helpful. I have been applying for several years. There was never a desire to change for something. It is only on issues outside their competence that we have to look for a service. I look forward to expanding their range of services.

An excellent service station is the oil change center. I called (a couple of weeks ago, I had to change the oil today) and today I was offered time to change the oil and filter (unlike others ...). Everything is fast and high-quality, without unnecessary comments. Very nice guys.
