Disgusting service. A few years ago, Philips TV was put into paid repair. Made. The processor was soldered, according to the wizard. The TV expired the warranty for several months and stopped working. I brought it back to this service, and it was done. This time the TV worked for more than a month. The third time I brought it, it was done, but the master said that he would not repair it anymore, because he would not be able to do anything else.. After working out the warranty, the TV stopped working again. This time he took me to another service. After opening the TV, they showed me the quality of the repair and the "collective farm" improvements to the cooling of the processor with a radiator mounted on one screw. It's a pity I didn't take a photo. In the new service, the processor was professionally soldered, new cooling was made, and the TV has been working perfectly for more than two years. Well, the second negative experience is an electric waffle iron KT3627, which was bought in a large chain before the New Year and, as it turned out, was transferred under warranty to a "buy point" to obtain a marriage certificate. And, lo and behold, the master with the last name with the letter X, gives a conclusion that everything is fine. I brought it home and again the same problem- it does not keep the temperature. In general, do not contact this service. The response of the service to the review is touching:), like everything is fine according to the manufacturer's regulations. The waffle iron heats up and everything works. No! It heats up at the maximum set temperature to 200 degrees, then the thermostat activates, turns off the heating and cools down to 90 degrees (the thermostat is at its maximum). And so on, heating 200 degrees, lagging 90 degrees.... Try to bake something with such a temperature range. It looks like the manufacturer's fault and the service's not professional approach. A laboratory is not needed in the service, but for a simple temperature meter it would not hurt. There would be fewer non-professional and incorrect conclusions and, accordingly, a higher rating of the service.
