I arrived at one o'clock in the afternoon, explained the situation, it was necessary to seal a small hole in the radiator, and refuel the air conditioner. An employee of the organization (did not ask for a name) He said he was busy for the next 3 hours and told me to come back after. I asked him if we could do it today, because it's important. He said yes, come back in 3 hours. Well..... That's why I came! And they have locked doors ) as a result , I spent half a day waiting , and in the end - after promises - the doors were closed. One star is well deserved.
