We arrived from another city on 09/25/2023 and an urgent replacement of brake pads was required, where they did not call everything was busy. Skoda service managers, despite the workload, entered the position and repaired the calipers with replacement pads in 2 hours. We constantly called up and agreed on the list of ongoing works.
