For three days, no one called me and the meter was not installed. 03/14/2022 I called myself and they began to explain to me that they did not have time to see. They were supposed to arrive today, but they called back again and started promising that they might arrive after lunch. When I said that we would arrive before 10 o'clock, the employee agreed, but it's already 10 o'clock and the cart is still there. I demand a refund for the installation of the meter and compensation for moral damage to me.

I tried to call the subscriber department. Always busy. There was no staff in the 4-storey building to answer the call. I left a request with a question on the phone. I did not receive a response. I had to go myself. It turned out that the office on 500m2 was empty and there was no queue. I solved all the questions in 1 hour! 3 days later (after the application) we received a call: we are ready to solve your question! Attention question: when will staff work be optimized and the consumer will be able to receive decent service for their money? P.S. when will there be round-the-clock online service support?

Why didn't the competent authorities take care of them? Such organizations cannot exist in Belarus. When replacing counters, new meter readings are intentionally not entered. And they make it in a month. Because of this, ordinary people overpay money in exactly one month. The signs of an article about money are being viewed. Moreover, this is not an isolated case, but put on stream. We will write to the Minsk State Control. Let more than one check be carried out in this organization. Even one star is too many.
