On 20.08, a defect act was carried out, during which it was stated that there were bullies on the piston group, and we were refused repair due to a poor-quality fuel mixture.
After the failure of the warranty, the offer of repair at your own expense of the defect is 140 rubles.
We refused because all the operating conditions were met. The trimer worked without overheating a maximum of 5 times. Upon visual inspection, it was clear that no one was doing anything. After self-opening, all the bolts were on the sealant, which proves that no one disassembled. (Photos are attached)
The piston, rings, and cylinder turned out to be without a single bully and in perfect condition.
Do not go there or be vigilant towards them.
