I have never seen a worse service. It is useless to call the service center. From the word at all!!! They have no feedback from the client.
I gave the TV for repair in July 2024. Three months later, they called back.....they said we can't fix it))))
Addition:
I took the TV and turned to another workshop. Two days later, the TV was already repaired!!! The malfunction was simple - the backlight flew)))
And for three months they told me that it was a matter of the power and (or) control board and they could not replace them))))

I do not advise you to contact this Belarusian Aliexpress, there is no guarantee from the word at all, if you achieve something, then only through the court. In general, I wish prosperity to this company so that they become empty, good luck to everyone, I hope my review will help someone save their money

I bought a climate control complex, after 2 weeks it began to emit an unpleasant smell, gave it for inspection, they said that they had checked in the great hall and nothing was found. I read reviews about the product, and others also emit an unpleasant smell after a while.
